AT-3000R Allied Time USA | Digital Time Clock and Date Stamp | Perfect for Small Business

Just have had this for a few days but I'm glad I bought this one. I don't need the special features, just a punch in and out for health care aides. It works great and is sturdy and well made and it worked straight out of the box, the time for my region was pre-programmed into it, a nice feature. I understand the company will program other features before sending it if that is needed so that's a great service too.

We ordered a new time clock from Allied. The clock works great, but my husband lost the key, which is used to correct the time. Chelsea at Allied in Deland, Fl was absolutely wonderful; she helped us by immediately sending us replacement keys. This is important because when you are trying to run a small business, you need everything to run smoothly. Thank you Chelsea for your help and immediate response!

When I was looking to buy a time clock, I was undecided because I had a few options that I liked. So, after doing some research I chose this one and I definitely do not regret my choice. Shipping and delivery were fast, it’s very easy to set up and use, and has some nice features. The quality of the item for the price exceeds my expectations but most important of all is the excellent customer service for any questions or concerns you may have. When I bought it I didn’t anticipate having any issues with the unit, but when I did, they took care of it right away. Deanna Colom from costumer support was very responsive, pleasant, and professional. Great product and excellent supplier, look no further, you won’t regret it.

This is very simple and does what it's supposed to do. I am very pleased with this time clock. It was a little hard to open the cover in order to be able to program it but I think it was just my nails. Ha Just use something (like a butter knife) to gently pry the top up and you'll be able to lift it off easily, if you were having problems with that. It was VERY easy to set up. The issues with alignment that some reviewers had (and even returned it for!) are fairly unwarranted imho. It seems like you'll not be able to get the stamp to go far enough to the right to line up HOWEVER, if you go and set the size of the imprint to a narrower one (I think it's #3 that worked for me---default is #4), then it looks perfect against that right side. I also changed the way the stamp prints by using the "DAY, Date, Time" and then it all fits nicely and lines up. I have the employee put "2018" (or whatever year it s) in the space that says, "No._____" on top of the time card...problem solved. This is very simple, easy to line up (I use the cards that came with it) and user friendly. I have not needed the customer service but other reviewers were very pleased. I have no issues with this time clock and would highly recommend it.

This has been a great little time clock. Our clock endures a steady flow of traffic. You can adjust the settings to fit your read-out needs. The only problem we've had is it has lost a few minutes of time. We have since readjusted the time and we are keeping a close eye on it. UPDATE: (22 months later) Still working fine. However, the time loss has become a little greater. We cannot figure out how to fix this problem. It's not critical, we would just like it to be the correct time like it should be.

We are testing this out. So far, looks to be working well and the people like it. It is very easy to set up and has some nice features, like auto daylight savings time conversion; a variety of time/date formats; a variety of messages and a keyed lock with a password setting to discourage tampering. It's also fairly inexpensive noting all the features.The only issue is that there was only one spare ribbon that came with the unit. Overall, at this point, I am very satisfied with this product.

It was cumbersome to line up with the time card. Would've helped to have a back light so you could see to line it up. Time cards were hard to line up as there was no guide. We placed cardboard to know how far to push the card in but it was still hard to get it to line up. It doesn't add up time at all, merely prints a time/date stamp. Wasn't very easy to set up either. By the time we had practiced enough with it to feel comfortable using it, the ink ran out. The refills did not fit and we gave up at that point and downloaded a very easy and cheap app. Unfortunately too much time had passed, so we could not return it. Very disappointed.
