Eden, 100% Organic Buckwheat Soba Pasta, Gluten Free, Traditionally Made in Japan, 8 oz

I love these 100% buckwheat noodles. They are delicious - they do have a bit of a grassy flavor, but I enjoy the taste. I cook gluten-free at home, due to ocular rosacea; gluten makes this worse. These noodles are best, to me, when rinsed after cooking. They reheat nicely. I'm sad that Whole Foods has stopped carrying them in stores - when I come across them, I buy multiple packages. The noodles have lots of fiber, and generally, are tasty and satisfying. I'm glad these exist.

Especially good for vegans. And not so vegans too. Versatile and yummy.

Tasty and gluten free, but crazy expensive. The package states that it is for 4 servings, but it is really more like 2.5 servings. For almost 10 bucks, that is really pricy. But these are the only udon noodles that we have found without wheat.

Surprisingly tastes good and equal texture as “regular” buckwheat soba

Eden 100% Buckwheat Soba Pasta is highly nutritious, providing a significant amount of fiber, about the same strand dimension as angel hair spaghetti. The product gives those people who must carefully monitor their blood sugar level a way to occasionally enjoy the pasta experience without worrying about consuming food produced from highly processed white flour. Flavor, delicious and very slightly nutty. Preparation is just like any other pasta.

After i cooked the noodles, it started to break apart into little pieces.

Great product! When I was looking for buckwheat noodles to purchase, I found myself disappointed by how many do not disclose buckwheat content compared to wheat content. So I was excited to find this product which promises 100% buckwheat. The noodles cook in a timely manner and it is easy to achieve a wonderful noodle texture even when no wheat flour is used at all. They are a little expensive is the only downside.

These noodles do not measure up to 4 and half start for cooking or flavor. I had better noodles that cost less money.
