Block magnets are NOT comfortable to lie on
My first starter kit and now wish I had opted for flat magnets rather than the block types because they hurt and dig into me when lying on them. Totally understand why flat magnets are sold!

Make sure your positives and negatives poles are correct.

Aside from the amazing product is the even more informative, wise and kind booklet that comes along with the magnets. This booklet not only informs you about serious flaws in manufacturers mislabeling polarity, but gives you ways and illustrations of how to find body organs and how to use the magnets.
