These are good little basic pliers for household use. They likely wouldn't stand up to heavy use, but for the money, they're perfectly good for occasional use. They're the sort of thing that you hope to find when you just HAVE to turn something that's too snug for your doing it by hand and go digging through your "junk drawer" in need of a bit of assistance - good utility for the price.

Excellent pliers to have in the kitchen. I use them more than I thought I would. They save cut fingers, metal slivers, broken fingernails, etc. I even use them to crush my dog's large heartworm medication tablets so I can add them to his food. Since I use them in the kitchen I was worried about rust, but that has not been an issue -- up to now, at least. If that changes, I will update this review.

What can you really say about a pair of pliers? Well, for someone with rheumatoid arthritis, they come in very handy for grasping things at my fingers aren’t always willing to hang onto. The handle is comfortable, the slip is easy, and it does the trick for me.

I needed a replacement plier for my junk drawer in the kitchen as I cannot open bottles or tighten small l lids anymore. This plier fits my needs except for wishing I had purchased one 2" longer. I feel a slightly longer handle would give me more leverage. This was my fault for not ordering a longer plier and this is working out fine. I would recommend this plier and will keep using it everyday!

Just needed a small desk pair and these are perfect. Perfect size, well made. They will get a lot of use and I will get a lot less walking and searching...

Excellent quality construction. Well made and doesn't look or function like a low cost pliers.

My hobby is watercolor painting. I carry a large collection of watercolor tubes of paints and often find it impossible to get the cap off a tube of paint. It's necessary to have a tool handy to remove the caps without damaging the tube or my hand. I found these 6 inch piers are the perfect size for me to remove the caps off paint tubes. They also are small enough to store easily with my collection of paints.

I have numerous pairs of slip joint pliers in the house and garage, and this one ranks quite highly on my list. The fit and finish are excellent, and the tool feels good in the hand. Instead of buying the cheapest possible pliers, just spend (literally) a couple dollars more and buy these.
