I read a lot of the reviews concerning the product and issues with missing items. I figured I'd give it a shot. Well... My order unfortunately didn't arrive on time. It was broken up into two shipments. First shipment only had front rotors and the second shipment arrived a few days later and it was missing the rear brake pads. Contacted customer service and they acted immediately to rectify the mistake. I'm very satisfied with the support I received. As far as the product goes. So far so good! It's been about 3 weeks since I installed everything. No issues. No squeals. My recommendation to the company... Improve in your packaging process. Double check your shipments before they go out. Pack front rotors and pads together and rear rotors and pads together. That way if one arrives before the other, you can at least work on something while waiting for the other to arrive.

Great upgrade!

I installed these on a Chevy 2500hd. They were very quite for about 2 weeks, then they started to squeal and squeak. Fortunately not all 4 squeaked at the same time, just one at a time. There were no birds in my neighborhood for months it was so loud. I had to roll up my windows to listen to the radio. I routinely pull a goose neck trailer and I would turn the trailer brakes off and coast down 5% grades, riding the brakes to try to wear them in, but to no avail. They stopped squeaking when they got really hot, but there are such good brakes they cooled off in about 100 feet. They squeaked constantly for about seven months. Over 8,000 miles driven while towing. I will say, this entire time, that they stop on a dime. Those drilled slotted brake rotors and ceramic pads are no joke. You pump a brake check and they'll put your front teeth on the steering wheel and your passenger Princess under the front dash.

Perfect fit

I put these on my 2016 Duramax last fall (2024) and I’m replacing the front brakes again less than a year later. I have a work vehicle so I don’t put many miles on my truck usually no more than 10000 to 11,000 miles per year. And the front brake pads just disappeared in that amount of time. Not sure what the issue is with these brake pads and rotors? But the fact that they didn’t last year is a joke. Shame on me for looking for a deal. Do not recommend.
