Superfood?
This stuff tastes a bit like roasted coffee; I personally don’t like the taste, but it’s supposedly a superfood.

I liked it
I follow AIP protocol and always look for a good pepper replacement. This spice has a pretty soft taste, very unique, sort of minty peppery. It's not the strongest, therefore it's best when added at the end of cooking. I will definitely buy more but won't use on every day basis since the price is pretty high.

expensive but delicious
as delicious as I imagined. roasted perfectly. nice substitute for coffee or cocoa, without the caffeine, but probably not worth the expense to keep doing it.

Pricey but Worth It
Cost a bit much but nice to add to coffee and baking process. Too bad we can't get more AU stuff in the US.

Good kick, excellent flavor
I am on the restricted elimination phase of the autoimmune protocol. The *leaf* of the tasmanian pepperberry is compliant with the diet It brings some real kick and a heady, delicate floral flavor as well!

Fresh and excellent!
I started enjoying wattleseed after a trip to Australia, and had been ordering it online from Australia for a few years, but the company was out of stock when I contacted them recently. I was thrilled to see this option on Amazon. The price works out about the same, given the expensive shipping costs from Australia. As soon as I opened the package, a rich, fresh smell poured out. I've noticed no difference in quality from the product I've ordered directly from Australia.

So great to have wattleseed again!
My husband and I live in the United States but went to Australia a few years ago. We were able to taste wattleseed there in various desserts, and absolutely loved it! We wish it were a common flavor where we live, but this seems to be the only place we could find it. I made a wattleseed pavlova and it was a delightful treat to be able to taste that flavor again. It's hard to describe the taste, but if you enjoy nuts, you need to try it!
