Although review is given very poor i bought it keeping faith on amazon but here the product is broken . Microtek wont take its liability as transporter is amazon They claim its broken due to amazon's fault I got very late appointment from microtek for installation Have to repair it Cant waste more time through sending it back as the same issue can happen again and there is no option for return

It works. Noise is there but you can keep it in different room and work. You can't work in same room or you will get headache. The prompt service is not there. Company should work on first impression. I got it on Saturday or something and raised a service ticket but no one contacted. I got frustrated. Finally opened myself, attached batteries which was risky, but it worked. I got call on Monday by the engineer but by that time UPS was installed by me. So this is something marketing should work on. Product works fine

Works great as a UPS. But the fan noise is significant and it runs even if the UPS is off.

NO WAY TO FIND ANY FAULT ALL SERVICE IS GOOD AND SUPPLIER COMMUNITION IS ALSO GOOD AND ALSO BEHAVIOUR
