Barbaras Bakery, Puffs Cheese Jalapeno, 7 Ounce

I pay an arm and leg for these here. They're so good. These changed after 2021 though. Less in the bag, and more cut tiny pieces but, so great tasting.

Highly recommended to try. Ridiculously good flavor. I don't know if it's the cheeses and jalapeño together but the flavor is more like a presence than a taste. It's hard to explain but the flavor is just there. The flavor doesn't come and go, the spice doesn't burn or get stronger or weaker, it's just a presence of a good feeling of flavor while chewing. Usually with spicy snacks, the spice seems to sit on top as separate and detectable from the blandness of the snack itself. But with these puffs it's almost as if the flavor is infused through the puff instead of just a coating. The best I can describe it is just a good feeling like umami from MSG. I can't quite tell what's happening with the flavor when I eat them but it's definitely pleasant.

These are very good. Not particularly spicy hot, but somewhat spicy. Pretty salty, but also real good. I Appreciate the great price, but probably won't purchase them on Amazon again for these reasons. Product arrived ahead of schedule, but still took 3 weeks to arrive; barely one month of time left til freshness date exceeded and I ordered 6 bags.

These are the best crunchy cheese puffs I have found so far. They can be a little salty but I'm sodium sensitive and I usually notice that halfway to 3/4's of the way through the bag. The jalapeño flavor is very light and could be kicked up a couple notches but Barbara probably has bad acid reflux like my wife who pops Pepcid like M&M's. She's also a marvelous farter and I love her very much.

I have been ordering Barbara's Puffs for years, and it is very addictive. It's a great snack.

This product was suppose to be jalapeño cheese puffs. One, if there was jalapeño it was tasteless and two these were not puffs, but we're crunchy. I like the puffs since they are soft. My teeth don't do well with the crunchy ones. I also didn't really taste the cheese flavor either. I was very disappointed.

We used to get these all the time in Texas but we moved and couldn’t find them anywhere. The flavor is amazing everyone in our home enjoys them. Better ingredients than others, you will eat the bag quick so you better get two! My granddaughter enjoys them too!
