Great teaching tool!
My 7 year old nephew loves geography! He already had the Mapaminoes in the other continents, but he wanted all of them! I got him Africa for Christmas, and he was elated (he doesn't always like to hug, and I got a hug for this)! If you notice a child that loves maps and flags, get them games like this and make their day!

We now have 3 versions of mapominoes and it's perfect for the whole family - great price and the quality is great for £10. Fun for everyone!

Great to find a game that’s good fun for just two players. Suitable for all ages (within reason) and supports geographical learning in a simple and digestible way. Anyone can win, needs a little tactical nous. Love it. Buying as many of as are available.

We love these games to help with knowledge of the world and have 3 of them. You do need to have a large table or space to play on or you will not be able to put all the cards down. It great to be able to learn where the places are in relation to each other, although the boys had good knowledge of Europe they weren't so sure about USA or Africa and they have really helped with their understanding or these places.

This card game is based on the simple concept of dominoes but that's what makes it exciting. It requires full engagement of your brain in order to figure out the best strategy to win. The additional joy is that you build on your geography knowledge along the way; trying to navigate west Africa is a particularly tricky task. Fun to play as an educational game with kids, no doubt, but also brilliant to play among friends.

Great game, such fun especially when played with some of the other continents! Different members of our family have the different continents and when we come together, we play them all, although its best not to use the whole world (that's what we found) as it makes it too easy to play!
