This is my second on I bought from this vendor in a month. I dropped my otherone in theocean :( ... very slippery phone...Get a case! Still..both phones work great. Nice to have an S pen on it as well. If I need another phone I'd get this again, great as a backup phone. $15 a month with Mint Mobile...can't beat it ! :)

The phone came perfectly fine, unlocked and everything. The body looked really good and well put together, screen was flawless! Everything seems to be in order, but i do only have one issue... The battery is definitely a problem, i noted upon starting it that the battery drained FAST. It woud actually skip in telling me as it drops some numbers on charge, like 25 % then it suddenly goes to 10% Had to let it charge with the phone screen off too just to get the percent up and keep it from dropping slowly. Deffo get a battery extending app. That was the ONLY problem. I could see the battery being a huge issue if you use your phone a lot while you're out and about. But, if you're using it on a strong fast charger it shouldn't be draining too bad. That things an energy spender. A little smaller than my moto g stylus. But, pretty phone. Money well spent! The phone came in mint condition with charger head and cable. The stylus pen works well. There's 256GB of memory. There are no scratches at all on the device or screen. It came fully unlocked as promised and I was able to switch my sim card and immediately connect to my network provider. I was not disappointed!

I bought this phone because of its waterproof capabilities since I do a lot of filming underwater. I have 2 of these exact phones and use them underwater consistently with no issues. I bought a third one here that I could dedicate to my work and had TONS of videos that I put together. I was getting ready to film my last video, which was an underwater one. I put the top part of the phone into water to film some fish, I didn't even submerge more than a quarter of the phone for about 15 seconds and the phone completely malfunctioned. I lost MONTHS of content in that moment. This is a massive setback for me, costing me incredible time and money for videos I can never get back. I'm devastated and furious that this refurbished version wasn't the same quality it should have been. The screen was also scratched and you can tell they did a horrible job at gluing this phone back together because it popped off.

Phone is great! Works like new looks like new and have had no problems. I had purchased on prior to this one.... The exact same one and it got stuck on airplane mode and no matter what we tried couldn't get it off and Amazon sent me a replacement phone right way!!

I love how well the function on the phone works with great speed and picture quality, sound is very high. The phones compatibility is easy to navigate and screen brightness is great and can be adjusted when needed

the phone is ok but idk if its for left handed people cuz the buttons are on the left soo that's wired. but thee phone charging speed is good an veery light wight too i dk if that's good or not.
