I have followed Andrew Lessman and the development of his products for years. I love that he uses only top quality products, they are made in a solar powered building, he shows you how and where they are made and packaged, and when you buy them on sale, they are a great deal. Yes, they are more expensive than another generic brand might be, but the quality is superior to that. They are all capsules and not the hard as a rock vitamins or other minerals sold that never fully dissolve in your body before they are expelled. They are easy to swallow. I can take several different ones at once, and I have problems swallowing a lot. For me, I want to get the BEST. The BEST value, the BEST ingredients, and the BEST company. They back their products. Great multivitamin. Was recommended to me by my cousin who is a retired physician. High potency, easy to swallow and only ONE capsule per day! Gentle on the stomach and easy to digest. Andrew Lessman has a reputation for quality products without additives.

Have taken these in the past and was satisfied. They didn’t upset my stomach. I just wish the capsules were smaller, maybe half the size. I would take 2 if necessary in order to get the full dosage.

My cousin recommended these to me and so far I'm impressed. It was very important to me to find a multi that uses natural forms and not synthetic, such as folate and NOT folic acid. I love that this is really well rounded in everything it includes, with even the often missing K2! It does seem awfully high in chromium, and I'm not sure of the logic behind that. I'll have to look into it. But otherwise, this is an extremely good quality and fairly complete multi in a single capsules dose. The only thing you need to add is a good magnesium supplement. And make sure you're getting calcium and potassium in your diet, which is fairly easy to do with dairy, avocados, etc.
