I love these ear buds, the sound quality is brilliant, the battery is just as good and the gestures are easy and intuitive. The only complaint I have really is the casing is little lower quality plastic than the ear buds themselves and on the occasion the Bluetooth drops but only for a second. A quick off and on resets them and they're fine. Once the audio was considerably quieter than usual but I just forgot the device in my phone and it was back to normal once I reconnected it.

FYA READ THIS BEFORE BUYING! First of all, I must admit that I was expecting value for the price. Disregarding most of the reviews I saw on Amazon about Razer Hammerhead, I really really wanted to give them a chance and you know prove everybody's wrong. Oh boy how wrong I was... Let's start with the look and exteriors. Headphones look great, I can't say a word about it you will be satisfied in almost every aspect from the precision of the earphones and the box containing them with usual Razer stickers etc. Everything looks professional except the docking station of the earphones itself. As many on reviews say, it does feel cheap, because the plastic bit that closes that docking stations is not very firm, so feels like a cheap piece of plastic. Unfortunate, but I was willing to disregard that nevertheless and focus on the quality of the sound. The next step was complicated and not intuitive Razer earphones commands. Despite what instructions say, I had problems learning the commands. Eventually got used to them but earphones mistake simple touch with pausing the music for example or switching to other options like gaming mode. I still didn't learn how to turn them off without putting them into the box when they switch off automatically. Sound is ok but definitely not what I was expecting. If that's the quality that Razer gives for wireless headphones. I am not buying Razer Nari Ultimate. I was disappointed big time, don't get me wrong. It was loud as hell, but the quality left a lot to desire. Especially when I was using Discord and game with friends. So I heard clearly what they were saying but not concisely, I talked with them but the game was like background noise which was disappointing. I tried everything in the options of the game and Discord to no avail. But I bought them for the gym and to be honest, I said fair enough but still pretty disappointed. I admit that they stay connected for many meters to be honest over 10, despite I read otherwise BUT when I am outside and put my Razer Phone 2 into my pocket and listen to audiobook or anything on YT, they have an intermittent connection. What do I mean? I mean that when I listen to something, it cuts every 3 or 4th word. It is annoying because you have to keep you phone in your hand instead. I didn't experience that in the gym when I put my phone on the ground, which was very weird and disappointing for earphones that cost 100£. Earphones were pretty comfortable in my ear, even when I was very sweaty in the gym, however, the silicon nonslip cushion barely fit the earphones, as a matter of fact. When I put them on the earphones and then occasionally took earphones out of my ears, that silicon bit got stuck in my ear and had to reapply them frequently so they do not stick together. I do not put them anymore, waste of time and it earphones are not comfy with them. Good that earphones do not slip without them when I run. So that's a win in a loss. Overall, I don't think I would buy them again, I respect Razer products and I like the brand but if they keep making overpriced products without putting quality in them, I will definitely not buy their products anymore. Wish me luck as I am buying their gaming headphones and wireless mouse. If those result to be garbage, then no more Razer for me. Not worth the money for the quality of the product I am getting. PS. Edit from 2 stars to 1 after my first set stopped charging and second replacement, one of the earphones stopped completely working. Quite frankly, I am done with Razer Hammerhead, I cannot understand how 100£ earhpones are crappier than my 20£ - 5 years old earphones...

Seems a solid product. After an issue with the sound cutting in and out and not knowing why I spoke with razer who advised there is an app for these earbuds where you update the firmware which now seems to have solved my issue sound quality is good and they seem pretty sturdy overall a nice product and comfortable to wear aswell. So only issue is maybe razer need to mention their app in the box with the product.

I've had two sets of these ear buds now and both have died in the same way: one ear bud stopped working altogether, it wouldn't charge and was completely unresponsive, but the other ear bud and the case are perfectly fine. Also, the accompanying app is terrible - the majority of the time it can't find the ear buds at all. When the ear buds did work, the sound would keep cutting out all the time. Sometimes it would start up again after a couple of seconds and sometimes I would have to put the ear buds back in the case and take them out again to reconnect. Finally, Razer themselves are extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I tried to make a claim on the manufacturer's warranty as the ear buds were clearly defective, but because I had the audacity to move house during the warranty period, they called me a fraudster and wouldn't replace the item. Terrible customer service from Razer and I won't be buying any more of their products in future. Summary: these ear buds are shoddily made and will only last you a few months. Buy a different brand instead.

Pros: -Easy to use and connect simply to anything I have tried to use them with. Will seamlessly disconnect from one device and connect to another without any fuss. -Look really good as you would expect from a Razer product. -Good warranty support from Razer if you register the product. -Fit securely in the ear. The earphones do feel a bit loose but in reality the fit is secure and stands up to use up to a fast walk outside. The silicone fittings may or may not be useful depending on your ear. -Case uses USB C charging so no need to carry a separate micro USB cable. -The carrying handle that can be attached to the case means it is easy to carry it about without losing it. -Premium quality for the price. Cons: -Battery life is limited, realistically each earphone will last 3-4 hours on a single full charge and the case will charge the earphones twice before needing to be charged itself. -The case does not always reliably charge the earphones if you are not careful to ensure they are properly in the case, the magnet may be holding the earphone in but it may not be contacting the charging points properly. -There is no indication how much battery the case/individual earphones have when charging. -The touch controls are not always reliable. TIP: When connecting earphones to a device the case must be open, if you close the case before the connection is complete the earphones won't connect, when the connection is complete you can close the case. This isn't made clear in the instructions and it took a while before I realised why I was having problems connecting.

Fungerar inte ordentligt, ena ear-budden fungerade inte alls och det fanns ingen som helst guide eller info för att lösa problemet. Med den budden som fungerade så var ljudet extremt dåligt och brusade i bakgrunden också. Supporten hos Razer är bland det segaste jag vart med om. Medarbetarna har ingen kompetens och lurar kunder med rent trams som det här. Inte första gången detta händer andra som köper dessa lurar från Razer. Ta det från mig, undvik att köpa de här.

I have 1.5 Year experience with Sam 9+ and connection was very bad , many times the connect was interrupted especially on the street, but I brought pixel 5 and it's awesome 😎 there are no interruptions, the sound is excellent and the volume is higher than it was on the Samsung, IN SHORT THESE EARS ARE NOT FOR ALL PHONES. IF YOU PURCHASED AND HEAR INTERRUPTIONS THEN DO REFUND IMMEDIATELY

Ik heb deze oortjes besteld, omdat ik het niet prettig om met koptelefoon te fietsen en lopen. Toen ik ze binnenkreeg ging het eigenlijk allemaal vanzelf, je verbindt hem 1 keer met je telefoon. Daarna doet hij dat vanzelf. Als je het hoesje open doet verbind hij meteen met het apparaat waarmee je hem als laatst heb verbonden. Wil je dat niet? Dan hou je knop op de zijkant ongeveer 6 seconden ingedrukt en dan zoekt hij naar een ander apparaat om mee te verbinden. Zo zijn er nog veel meer shortcuts. Bijvoorbeeld om een liedje over te slaan, terug te gaan, op pauze te zetten, een telefoontje op te nemen en op te hangen en google of siri activeren. Dit lukt mij ook om te doen met handschoenen die niet op een scherm werken. Deze oortjes praten ook tegen je. Als je ze net aan zet zeggen ze bijvoorbeeld: "pairing" en als ze verbonden zijn: "bluetooth connected" dit is een vrouwenstem met een Brits accent. Aan het begin vond ik het vreemd, maar nu ben ik er aan gewent. Ook zit er in het doosje rubbertjes, die zijn voor als je oortjes snel uit je oor glijden. De rubbertjes doe je om het oortje heen en dan heb je extra grip. Voor mij heeft dit geholpen. Ik kan nu springen, me hoofd schudden en tijdens het mountainbiken bijboorbeeld van trappen afrijden. Ze komen niet eens een beetje in beweging. Maar ze zitten ook niet strak. Ook is er een handig lichtje aan de voorkant die vertelt hoever het doosje ongeveer is opgeladen. Het geluid en bass is prima. Niet top of the line, maar ze kosten ook maar 70 euro. Maar niet alles is positief. Het geluid op de oortjes loopt niet gelijk met het beeld. Het verschil is klein, maar wel opvallend. Als je muziek luistert maakt dit niet uit, maar bij een video wel. Let hier dus op!! Voor rest is de batterij heel erg goed. Ik gebruik hem ongeveer een uur per dag. En laat hem maar een keer in 2 of 3 weken op. Dit zijn dus goede oortjes als je de bank niet wilt breken.
