What axle adapter sizes are included?

It is set up for 135mm QR. It comes with adapters for 142mm QR, and 12mm through-axle at both 142mm and 148mm length.

I need a 12x142 thru axle to use this, does it come with one?

It accepts that size thru axle, but you will need to use the one off your bike.

This is garmin band right?

It is Garmin branded yes! One reason I bought mine. Wish I had it sooner.

Can you pedal backwards with resistance?

No. The trainer has a standard freehub, so pedalling backwards has no resistance.
