Star Wars: A New Hope (Star Wars) (Little Golden Book) Hardcover – Picture Book, July 28, 2015

I love the little golden books. They did a great job with this one especially if your kid enjoys Star Wars!

Great quality book. Hard back sturdy. Pages are decent thickness paper. Looks just like the photo

Perfect for introducing the younglings to Star Wars at an early age and for parents to relive these stories with the kids.

This book does justice to the original story and movie. The art work is 10/10 (the dark scene of the cantina comes to mind, so detailed and so respectful of the original artist who crafted the scene) and the editing and level of detail is perfect. This is one of the best golden books ever written. If you are a star wars fan this is must have. It is a steal for this price and I would have paid more if I needed to.

This book is such a good read for a little boy! Highly recommend!

The story faithfully adapts the main beats of the original “Star Wars” with art and descriptions that any parent can easily read and show their child. Some words, like “disguise,” will also help parents to develop their children’s reading and language comprehension. This book is a great way for nerdy parents to introduce their younglings to the mysteries of the Force.

This book introduced our 3 year old to Star Wars. So far he loves it. I will note that there is quite a bit of story packed into this little book. If your kid likes to move quickly from page to page (or picture to picture), they may be a bit put out that you have to stay on each page for longer than many other golden books we own. Not a big deal, but something to consider for the younger readers.I'm pretty impressed by how it covers the entire film in the book. Looking forward to the other Star Wars golden books.

This book was good for my sensitive kids, ages 6 & 7. They’re not ready for the movie yet, but this gave them a pretty detailed but age appropriate telling of the story for a Holden Book. Happy we had this option to introduce them to the story.
