It was perfect for my mixed berry mousse cake. Easy to use. Tastes and no smell.

They were a bit difficult to figure out the amount to use, but afterwards they were really neat and convenient to use. Wonderful for making mirror glaze for cakes!!

Everything ok until I counted the sheets to make a dessert and there were 17... Fell a couple short...

My concern was if product is smelly or not. This product does not smell anything funny at all. When I use this, first I leave gelatin sheet in plenty of water for 20 min, then I melt softened gelatin sheet into the stuff around 120 - 140 F (50 - 60 C), or microwave 10-11 second at 500W then put it into what I want to blend with. With these method, this gives perfect result so far. I don't smell anything funny, just perfect.

I had purchased two brands of Gelatin leaves to use in my Mousse. One brand with very pretty packaging did not dissolve all the way and left bits of gelatin in my mousse thus rendering it not editable. I used this brand and it was wonderful. Easy to use and perfect.
