Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Round Cake Pans, 2 Piece Set, 5 x 2 Inch

I like that these pans have straight sides, aren’t too heavy, and so far have been easy to clean.They gave an even bake, and don’t warp when full. With correct prep, the cake released easily. Parchment liners fit perfectly due to the straight sides.They came clean effortlessly. No rust or oxidation so far, but they get washed with dish soap and a sponge without a scrubber, in very hot water for long enough to heat the metal. The heat helps any water not shaken off to evaporate more quickly.So far these are my favorite cake pans.

Compré este molde Fat Daddio’s PRD-104 Round pensando que era el tamaño que necesitaba, pero resultó ser más pequeño de lo que buscaba, así que tuve que devolverlo. Aun así, se notaba que el molde era de excelente calidad: resistente, liviano, y con un acabado profesional. Sin duda volvería a comprar la marca, pero esta vez asegurándome bien del tamaño.

This makes the perfect cake baking pan. I didn't want a bundt cake. This is great.

These pans are amazing!! I used them for the first time this week and my cake layers turned out beautifully. The layers looked so much better than cooked in regular 9” pans. My layer’s didn’t stick (followed recipe)..

I just received the product and I haven't used it yet. Nevertheless, this baking pan looks very sturdy and good quality.The baking pan I have been using all these years is thin. I am glad I ordered Fat Daddio's.
