I love this! It was just what we needed and it worked like I thought it would. You do have to schedule an appointment with your post office to get them to key for use.

They cost less than the competition, were shipped them on time and were very easy to install. They are very sturdy and meet Post office requirements

Came as advertised. I was very pleased with that. My mail person was very happy to see have it!

The seller advertises this product as, "USPS Approved," when in fact it is not. I installed this in my 4 unit building and called USPS for them to inspect it and install their locks. They failed the product because it is in fact not approved and stated, "This mailbox type hasn’t been approved by USPS for over 10 years. Manufactures responsibility is to make sure they comply with USPS current mailbox policies." The seller refuses to accept my return of the installed item even though they are falsely advertising it as "USPS approved." That is the sole reason I purchased it. Now I have a mailbox that I can't use and I'm out over $600.

We love these mailboxes. We bought two of them for our condominium building and they were exactly one half the price we were going to pay a dealer here in our state. The ones they replaced were 35 years old and really showing the wear, so these certainly make a difference. Our building is white brick colonial with white trim and the silver color looks so much better than the old brass colored ones. We had them installed in the wall where the old ones were and they fit perfectly. The postal carrier came so we could change their lock.

This is a good product. Arrived on time.

Once usps puts their lock, it cannot be uninstalled before first unlocking it. I had to make a minor adjustment in position after usps installed their lock and it became a major problem to coordinate usps, and the installer's schedule
