The tablets are really big but coated, so not too difficult to swallow for me. There's also no aftertaste that I can discern and I have not experienced any gastric disturbances personally. Be sure to take them with a fatty meal for better absorption (that info came from Google; the instructions only say to take with a meal). I also take all three at one time. I did not expect relief this quickly. I've only been taking them for a week. I've tried hemp cream, patches, different capsaicin creams and alcohol rubs, but the knee pain remained. Even the swelling has gone and I could actually sleep on my side this morning. I think this Turmeric curcumin with black pepper has been a game changer for me.

I have been using this for about a week and I am already feeling some relief in my joints (I have psoriatic arthritis so this is a good thing)! I am hoping and expecting that this improvement will continue the longer I take it and will update my review in a few months. I also like that it is manufactured in the U.S. The somewhat large pills worried me when I first opened the bottle, but are actually easy to swallow (so don't let that scare you). I do question the directions on the bottle for how to take this supplement (the full dose of 3 pills once a day since my research has indicated it's better to spread the dose out several times over the course of a day) and that's why I didn't give this 5 stars (and I think the "Supplement Facts" on the back of the label could be laid out more clearly). However, since the dosage is 3 pills a day, it is easy to spread out the dosage yourself, so that's a relatively minor concern. I definitely recommend this product. The price also seems very reasonable.

Great product! I love the Viva Naturals brand as it is high quality and provides ample amounts of the necessary supplements that I am looking for. While I just started this overall I'm noticing that my knee is not acting up as much as usual, it has take the edge off the joint discomfort that I experience with my left knee due to a motorcycle accident which broke my tibia under my knee cap about 10 years ago. I am beginning to train for my first half marathon and need every little bit of assistance I can get to assist my joints and heart during my training and ultimate 15K (Heavy Half Marathon) in Leadville this year.

As far as supplements go this is a keeper. The provided nutrients are terrific. I have had no adverse effects like some supplements. The usual larger ‘horse’ pills are sometimes difficult to swallow but this pill is not hard to swallow at all. Have been using for a week and feel better with no drawbacks. Will post update as time goes on.. so far planning on continuing and buying again edit We were told this is a great supplement by some friends we trust, so my wife and I have been taking this. The pill is easy to swallow and has no nasty aftertaste. This is our second bottle now and after a few weeks we are sold and feeling better. We both have aches and pains that this is contributing to feeling better.

I use this as a Testosterone enhancer. I have KS and as such, my body does not produce testosterone on it's own so I get T shots. Long term higher T doses are not healthy but lower doses it's hard for the body to function and a person used to knowing when they are low on T and how they feel when T levels are "normal". I've used this turmeric and another brand with capsules (labeling error at amazon sent the wrong supplement and I had to try another brand). The capusual version did little to nothing for me. This Vivanaturals Turmeric, I've found with testing has boosted my T use in my body to where a normally 1 week dosage is effective a bit past 2 weeks but on the safe side, 2 weeks and that is taken only twice a day, morning and night instead of the recommended 3 daily. Hope amazon got their labels fixed, filed the report 2 weeks ago and they said it could take 2 weeks to fix, about to order more and find out... going to stock up on this awesome stuff.

I didn’t realize a serving size was three tablets. The pills are quite large too. This bottle won’t last long with that dosage. I can’t notice any pain relief, but I just started taking them. Maybe it takes time to accumulate in your body before it works. I was hoping to get some relief without taking Tylenol or Naproxen so much.

I was having really bad pain in my legs so much so that it was keeping me up at night. So I started doing some research and was led to Vitamin D3, Tumeric, Potassium and Magnesium. (Dr. Berg has some AWESOME videos on YouTube) I had completely forgotten that I had these already and so I started taking them along with Vitamin D3 =10,000 mg, 2 Tumeric capsules, Magnesium and some probiotics just for women. I’m also adding electrolytes to my daily water intake. When I tell you the first night I took them I woke up the next morning and 90% of the pain in my legs was GONE 🥰 I was stunned because I’ve had these in my supplemental supply 😲 all along. I know this may not work for EVERYONE but it WILL work SOME.
