Great product. Easy to Use & Works Great
The product arrived from BraceAbility with an easy-to-understand visual instruction sheet. Many of the complaints I saw in reviews for this product before I purchased were clearly resolved with this sheet, so I think you'll find it very helpful. Just rinse it to re-set the adhesive. You can keep it from slipping in running shoes, etc. by securing it under the in-sole. No, the product does not break. It's made of soft silicone. If you got one that cracks, you may have received a knock-off. As for whether it works, I had a sports injury several years ago after which I unknowingly started turning my left foot out to alleviate pain. Unfortunately, as the injury healed, the slight outward position of my foot began to cause knee misalignment, calf pain, and foot discomfort on hikes. My recent onset of back pain may also be related. I've been wearing this orthotic for a little over a week, and can definitely tell a difference in alignment and some pain relief which I expect will only get better. The insert is reversible so it can also work if you turn your feet too far in. I suspect it works just as well for that. Thanks for making a great product that lives up to expectations. -Leigh

Worked for my supination issue
I have knock knees and as a result my feet tend to roll outward. I started walking every day for a fitness program but the sides of my calves would strain so badly- they would start to burn and almost feel numb. It would happen after about 10 minutes and it was so bad. I realized it was because of my foot rolling out and the compensation my calves were doing to keep my ankle straight. I put these pads under the lining of my sneakers. Boom- no more pain! They have stayed in place. Im happy to find an inexpensive fix!

Lifesaver for my feet.
I have one foot that has a bone deformity and these are a lifesaver for helping me walk better. I wish they could be purchased for one foot only. I need only the right foot and have tons of left feet inserts that I can't use. I buy these regularly and need them in every shoe I wear.

I just bought 3 more pair (unsolicited review).
I'm 80+ y/o and an ardent hiker, albeit limited by a body that was made to do things that it wasn't designed to do. One of the consequences is that I became progressively "bow-legged" from heel strikes -- they wore out the outsides of my boot heels which indicates that I'm putting excessive force on the inside of my knees. I didn't know. Solution: expensive custom-fitted heel wedges. These wedges are better in almost every respect. I have a pair in every piece of outdoor footwear that I use. My trick: I stick them to the underside of boot or shoe inserts, and then place the insert into the boot. Works great and more comfortable than direct contact as shown on the instruction photos. I bought an additional 3 pair just because I've learned that when I really like a product, somehow it becomes unavailable after a few years. Stumblebum

Not a full length insole useless
Only 1 in pack Not how they look in picture, I was expecting a full length insole but they are not only about 3/4 inch long does nothing for means a rolling ankle…

Provides better stability
I have very pronated feet and have custom inserts from my doctor. However, those are pretty significant in size and don't fit into many of my shoes and really don't work for dressier shoes and sandals since they're plastic with a blue covering. I bought the clear, adhesive supports which are about 1/2 the width of my heel and they are really great. I've used them with sandals, heels and some loafers when my custom inserts wouldn't fit. These little supports really do help keep my foot more stable and as I age, I'm starting to get hallux limitus due to the poor structure of my feet. These little supports seem to assist in preventing, or lowering, the pain in my toe joint because they provide a more-proper alignment for my foot when I walk. My only complaint is that the adhesion (and wash / readhesion) of these is great, a little too much in that when I tried to remove them from my shoe the second time I used them, the corner tore out. But they are sticky enough that I just pushed that corner back into place and it stuck to itself. I've been using them off and on for about 3 weeks. Based on that time frame, I think that they could be used a few times/week for several months easily. I think I'll order a couple more sets so that I have them on hand at all times. I was buying all kinds of arch support items from the stores and realized that for pronation, that's the wrong type of support, or really doesn't help much. Ditch the arch supports and get these little wedges instead. Highly recommend if you have pronated feet.

Useless product. Will not stick to the desired postion in the shoes and will wander inside your shoes. Negative effect on your postures

Just what I needed. Replaces an arch support in thin shoes to control over pronation. Worth it

Very poor quality considering a price of Rs 4000. Not even worth Rs 200. Item isn’t eligible for return. Yellow poor sticky silicone.

Quite small and thin. The adhesive is inadequate and doesn't stay in place.
