Invicta Men's Pro Diver Quartz Watch with Stainless Steel Strap

Bought this a gift for my husband. He loves it. He took two links out of the band and it fits perfectly. Looks great on his wrist and looks expensive. He gets loads of compliments on it. It appears to be a quality watch and keeps time well. Very functional. He hasn't tried it in water other washing hands, so it is water resistant.

Beautiful watch, perfect size. The weight is very good to and kept time very accurately. I wear this watch every day.

I purchased this and another watch for my husband's birthday. He picked both of them out - one dress and one casual. It is absolutely beautiful and he loves it. The watch looks better "in person" than in the photo. The quality is excellent. Invicta makes great watches. They are very high quality and look sharp at an affordable price.

This watch is an homage to the Rolex Submariner, aka "Bluesy." Invicta has pulled it off spectacularly with this watch. It is a hefty watch, so if you are not used to big, heavy watches, this might not be for you. For me, I cannot detect the weight, but I can feel it's on my wrist. I like the combination of blue, silver and gold. The deep blue dial is actually a deep purple. I bought this quartz battery-operated version, because it is more economical to keep, compared to an automatic watch. And a battery change every 3 years is fairly inexpensive. I do it myself.

This is not my first Invicta Pro Diver, I have handled many of these since I buy, sell, and review watches. Invicta was my introduction to the watch world and they will always have a special place in my heart, especially the pro diver line. That being said the pro diver line is a vast array of different models, ranging from high quality, to bottom of the barrel. This model is not bottom of the barrel, however it isn't the highest quality model either. The case of these is usually very well done. Professionally brushed, the dial is gorgeous and has a dark blue sunburst effect. The watch is prone to scratches on the areas that are highly polished and there are quite a few high polished areas throughout. The side of the case, center links, and crown are all buffed to a high shine. Some people dislike the Invicta logo laser etched on the case profile, but I think it looks nice. When I think of Pro Diver I just can't picture it without the profile logo. This model is a faithful homage to the submariner "Bluesy" and they did an outstanding job executing this goal. The look of the watch is fabulous and this watch usually receives a lot of compliments, honestly it gets more compliments than my Rolex Oyster Perpetual, albeit that watch is a bit more understated and stands out less. The problem with this model, and the reason it did not receive five stars, is because of the bracelet. Typically watches in this price range will make compromises in quality when it comes to the bracelet, and this model is no exception. The bracelet that came with my bluesy actually had some major quality control issues, and if I didn't have my entire watch servicing set and equipment, I wouldn't have been able to size this bracelet. The pins were jammed in the links so tightly that I had to take a watchmakers hammer and pin punch and pound them out and back in. A regular customer without these tools would have had to send the watch back and would have likely labeled the watch defective. Aside from my own model that I purchased, the bracelet is definitely jingly jangly, and has hollow end links, but you can't expect much better at this price range. That being said the Addiesdive H-3 yacht master and submariner homages have bracelets with solid end links and a better clasp for the same price as this watch. If you are not satisfied with the bracelet you can always swap out the factory bracelet for a strap or another bracelet to your liking, and you should have an easy time choosing a new bracelet/strap since the lug width of this watch is 20mm, a very common lug width in the watch world. There are thousands of options for a 20mm lug width and 40mm case diameter. The watch has lume on the indices, but it doesn't last that long, again the addiesdive has much better lume that was very impressive. If you are new to the watch world and really enjoy this brand and this look, I would suggest saving up $30 more and go with the automatic version of this watch. I have had several of them and they are fantastic watches for their price point. They're a little bit thicker, at 13mm, but the weight feels very good on the wrist. It is the same size, and the case is basically identical, except having a mechanical movement powering the watch. The last thing I'll touch on is water resistance. This watch has a depth rating of 200 meters and surprisingly it will actually go very deep and continue ticking. The watch has a screw down caseback and screw down crown with gaskets to protect it from getting wet. It's a true divers watch! Don't be afraid to go swimming with it, just make sure that you SCREW THE CROWN ALL THE WAY in before submerging the watch. There have been several complaints over the years of these watches not being water proof, and it always ends up coming out that the person did not have their crown screwed in when they went in the water. Overall this is a great dive watch for the price. It's a great addition to any watch collection as every collection should have a "Bluesy" in it! I will be making a video comparing this watch to the Casio Duro and the Addiesdive H-3 as they are all similar in price and specs. I look forward to handling many more Invicta watches in the future!

Preso in offerta, molto bella la finitura complessiva oro, è un orologio semplice, poco invadente (quasi piccolo), ma che si presenta molto bene. Fa una certa figura per il color oro, che lo rende ben meno anonimo che in altra finitura. Il blu del quadrante ben si sposa con il resto dell’orologio. È completamente in acciaio, quindi buoni materiali. Arriva completamente coperto da pellicole plastiche protettive. Ha il datario, solo il numero del giorno però. È quindi essenziale, senza fronzoli o particolari funzionalità, ma dà l’impressione di essere ben fatto. Per il prezzo pagato, c’è qualità ed allo stato ne sono più che soddisfatto.
