The other two answers are incorrect. If your charger has the PXR paint code this is the correct color. The driver side door jam will have a decal that tells you the paint code. Check that, and verify before purchasing.

Q: What would I use to blend this so it is smooth?

To get the best blend like others have said, wet sand the area with 2500-3000 grit paper until smooth to touch. Then use a polish on slightly larger diameter than before. Wipe off polish and see if it’s un-noticeable. Repeat polish process until you’re happy with blend. Best to watch some YouTube videos before doing it

One tube covered half of a square foot (one coat) on my Honda Fit. The pen tip stopped working after using just a quarter of the paint, but the brush continued to work until I ran out of paint. Each coat requires 1/2 hour dry time. The clear coat has its own brush. It covered a quarter of a square foot.
