Fits perfect on a 2000 F150. Working great so far.

Ordered this alternator because the first one I got from a different seller was wrong. Part was delivered on time and in good condition. Went in as expected and functions well. Would recommend this item.

Very quiet compared to my old Motorcraft alternator. I would have given it 5 stars but it is made in China. I hope it lasts. Had I known prior to ordering this, I could have ordered a rebuild kit which includes bearings, regulator and brushes on Amazon for $18.00. I did rebuild my old one and have it for a spare. Nice that there is no core charge.

I ordered this alternator for a 2005 Ford Explorer. It was delivered in sufficient time. I took my old alternator off to replace it with a new one. The new alternator does not have the bracket to hold in place like the OEM alternator it also didn’t have the plug for the battery light in the dashboard. The pulley was a lot bigger than the OEM. The plug missing from the new alternator was an issue because the battery light in my dash board would not go off. It did not charge to its full capacity. I had to return it.

I'm reviewing as someone who only installed this alternator a few minutes before posting. Fit & finish is fine, can't really tell it from my old Motorcraft other than age. Price wise, I got it from warehouse deals so it was significantly less than the regular price. I probably wouldn't pay the regular price since it's Made In China. You can rebuild your own for pennies on the dollar or spring for an actual Motorcraft for not a lot more. Having said that, I wasn't in the mood to do a rebuild and I didn't want to spend over $120 on an old, 200k+ vehicle with oil leaks and an unknown future. This one as w-d fit the bill. Don't know how long it'll last though. Oh and as you can see, my pulley is black rather than gold but I don't care much about that sort of thing. 1998 Lincoln Navigator 5.4L V8 if it helps.
