From everyday carry in construction to old hunting items. Absolutely the best stuff out there no pocket lint or dirt sticking to anything kinda hard to believe but it works. Very very good cleaner as well. By far the best stuff I have found will continue to buy over and over

Works better than the original #9 and has almost no smell. You can't beat that. The only downside is it's not cheap. Two thumbs up.

Nice size and good quality cleaner.

This is a very effective cleaner, and it really is odorless, which means I can use it in the house. As others point out, the wife can't smell it! According to the SDS on the Hoppe's website, Elite Gun Cleaner contains no ammonia (shouldn't be a surprise, since Hoppe's has been in the gun cleaner business for over 100 years... they know what they're doing!). My one complaint is that there are NO instructions! Literally, the directions on the bottle are "Directions: Unload firearm. Please refer to your firearm manual for proper maintenance of your firearm. For more cleaning instructions, visit [Hoppe's website]." I'm not asking how to clean a gun, but it would be nice to know... Is it more effective if I let this stuff soak in for an hour? How about overnight? Is it bad to let it dry? Will it damage rubber grips? (For the record, there are no instructions on the Hoppe's website, either.)

One of my favorite cleaners to cut carbon. Great on copper fouling. No odor but wear nitrile gloves. Mildly corrosive to skin. Will soften/eat cuticles. You’ll only do it once.

This is an essential for my range set up. Doesn’t spill, inexpensive, lasts a long time and give my set up the protection needed!

Great product

I bought this on the recommendation of an online article on best gun cleaning agents. I have to say that I have not been disappointed and it has reduced the time it takes to clean my barrels of residue etc. I will be buying this again.

I shoot between 100-200 rounds a week at the range(Remington 700, match grade .223) and this has more than halved my cleaning time. Cleans to bare metal which is what I want. Just soak a patch, run it through, let it soak and then run patches until it’s clean. I’ll be using this product from now on!!

Para mí este es el mejor producto para desengrasar y eliminar todos los restos de pólvora de las armas. Lo utilizo tanto para armas de cartucho metálico como para armas de avancarga que funcionan con pólvora negra. Atención porque este producto sirve para eliminar con facilidad los restos de pólvora y grasa. Pero después de usarlo, hay que limpiar bien todos los rincones con retales de algodón y volver a engrasar las armas correctamente. En el caso de las armas que disparan sólo pólvora negra, después de usar este limpiador hay que desmontarlas por completo y sumergir todas las piezas en agua lo más caliente posible y detergente.

Se aplica y a los 10 minutos se puede limpiar con facilidad la suciedad depositada, un aplicador de fácil orientabilidad que permite mediante una aplicación obtener la cantidad necesaria para la zona a tratar, con presión suficiente para llegar a las partes mas recónditas del arma sin que se expanda demasiado y si es una zona pequeña puedes desistir de mayor aplicación de producto presionando sin llegar a completar el ciclo.
