The box contains 40 plastic 28mm infantry figures (i.e. bodies, 14 different), including four fully armoured command and enough parts to build up to 18 billmen (i.e. pairs of arms with polearms) and up to 30 archers (i.e. pairs of arms with bows/arrows). There are additional arms for the command to allow you to build two standard bearers, and also pairs of arms with trumpets. 56 heads are included. There are also eight full-colour flags from either the Battle of Wakefield, Towton or Bosworth, supplied at random. The box also includes unit bases. Models supplied unpainted. Paints, tools, and other accessories sold separately. Review: Excellent quality - Although it may seem a little overwhelming to see that all of the bodies, heads, arms, weapons, and accessories all come separate, it allows you to completely customize each soldier. The details are amazing for such tiny pieces. This kit is perfect for wargaming in 15th-century England, or for adding a splash of realism to otherwise fantasy game characters such as Dungeons & Dragons. Review: Standout offering - This is one of the better plastic sets I have bought over the years. You get 36 regular soldiers with mixed period armor, and 4 plate armored commanders. You can equip the soldiers with either a bow or a polearm, but there aren't enough weapons to equip all models with one type (and more bows than polearms). There are many extra sheathed swords and swords with buckler that can be used to give the men a secondary weapon, and many heads with open faced helmets to choose from. The commanders have a wealth of options and can be armed with a sword or polearm, and can choose from open or closed face helms in several styles. This is an outstanding set. After you have completed all your models to your taste, you will have a wealth of quality heads and weapons to use for conversions with other minis, which is a nice bonus to an already inexpensive set. Individual bases would be nice but that is nit picking. In short, if you want soldiers with bows and polearms, get this set. These figures come with wargame bases intended for more than one model. The models stand well enough on their own but are better on a base. You will need bases for single figures if you want to use them in this way. The box also includes quite a few bits of arrows thrust in the ground, that make a nice piece of fluff when included on an archer's base.

Ordering and recieving Perry Figures in the USA
I added to my 28mm Medieval army for my wargames with this purchase. Perry sculpts are top notch- highly recommended. Amazon took 3 days to get them to me verses 3 weeks (or longer) to get from the UK.
