How high do they come up the leg

The picture is a good indicator of how far up. The tops are quite tight on the leg.

Are all 3 pairs black, description says black, black, steel? Is one pair steel colour?

Mine were all black. I think the steel colour relates to the inset colour for logo and toes. Good socks, maybe a slight shrinkage after wash.
