The powder is very light, and if the container is shaken tends to create airborne residue. The taste is on point (as described), and I have been satisfied with the nutritional expectations of the product. However, if it isn't on sale I would not say it is worth the price. There are many other effective products on the market that are more budget friendly.

Mixes very well and I like the amino values. Tastes odd with cashew or almond milk, but 2% milk tastes good.

I found this at a discount grocery chain and thought I would give it a try. It is my new best friend! I have primarily been using it in food prep. For example, mixed with oatmeal flour to make banana pancakes, and to my the inedible 0% greek yogurt on my food plan into a delicious banana pudding for dessert. Has 4 grams of carbs per serving, where my others have 2, but worth it!
