Extremely bad quality Brass Kadhai .

I m using this tava for almost more than 1 year material used best

Looks fine . It turned out to be lighter than it appeared.Roasting semolina was tricky. It can only be used for deep frying it seems. Handles could have a better finish .Feel disppointed and discouraged .to make a similar purchase

So the Steel kadhai is good. I know that steel is quite expensive so so they have not made it as thick as it should be for food to not stick in the bottom. At times food mildly sticks to the bottom but that is alright it's not as think and cook the food through. My family is is used to thick aluminium kadhai so that's why we found working with it a little difficult but overall it's a good product. It has been found in studies that people suffering from Alzheimer's have traces of aluminium in the brain and Aluminium is really harmful for you. Aluminium sheets and Aluminium wraps and Aluminium utensils or water bottle should not be used in daily life as it leaves the residue in our food which is not really good for us. In that way the kadai is serving its purpose and I am really happy with the product.
