Really works great on cramping

Size of horse pills
The are so large as big as a horse pill. I have to crush them as I cannot swallow them . Wish I knew that before I ordered. Please read reviews before ordering. I am female maybe men can swallow easier than a woman.

The pill is way bigger the. What’s pictured in the bottle which makes it really difficult to swallow unless you cut the pill into pieces.
