Take your time with the assembly and it will be perfect
The product comes well packaged. Instructions could be better but they work. If you take your time, the installation is relatively easy. I laid down moving blankets during assembly to protect the product. They also provide a protective cloth to lay the screen on. The trick for the frame is to keep screws loose until they are all inserted. At that point, you can shift the corners to make them 90 degree flush and tighten all bolts. The screen wasn't hard either. They give you a spring tool to pull and snap over the tension rods that are inserted into the screen sleeve along the edges. If you have worked on a car engine, you know to torque in opposite corners to even the tension. I started with the two springs closest to the corner edge and then went to the opposite corner and then did the same with the remaining corners. Then I repeated that pattern and installed the second spring closest to the corners. You must hold the tension rod as tightly as possible to the edge of the screen to allow the spring to hook over the tension rod. While the tool provided worked, it would be easy to miss the tension rod and tear into the screen. I used needle nose plyers to change the angle of the spring hook to come at the opening from the top and then curl over the tension rod. I also found that I had better control of the spring and it went quicker. After that, follow the instructions and start in the middle of each side and then half split. After that, it was easy to install the remaining springs. The screen was perfectly tensioned when completed. When preparing to mount to the wall, I laid the brackets on the back of the screen and measured the distance between the two screw slots with brackets level and fully inserted into the mounting slot. The instructions said 68.1" but I measured 68.25 and went with that. I screwed the brackets directly into studs, ensuring that the brackets were perfectly level for both the upper and lower brackets. I set the screen on the top brackets ensuring the screen was sitting on the bracket properly. At this point, you can adjust the screen horizontally. Once it was in place, I pulled the screen down until it snapped into place over the bottom brackets. It was quite snug and having the upper brackets drilled into the studs ensured the top mounting screws didn't come out of the wall. The screen fully mounted has no play or chance to fall off the wall. Overall, this is a solid product with a taunt screen and nice clean black border that met all of my expectations.

Excellent screen
This screen was easy to setup. Looks superb and professional. Took about an hour from opening the box to completion. Worthy investment. This is the second Elite Screen we have purchased stellar quality!

Great product with excellent picture quality
Overall product quality was great and assembly install was didn't take longer than 30 minutes. Frame and screen can be assembled by yourself though due to size of my screen (110") it was definitely nice to have a second person to help balance it while mounting it to the wall. Product did not include assembly/installation instructions but this online video by the manufacturer was very helpful though slightly outdated from the product I received. Assembly: This step is fairly simple and took about 20/25 minutes. Mostly consisted of using the included brackets you screw the horizontal and vertical frame pieces together. The screen is then rolled out and attached to the frame using numerous small springs. Product also included all necessary tools to make assembly easy. It felt like I was putting together a trampoline. Because of the spring design the final product ended up wrinkle free and required no additional work to fine-tune the screen tension. I will note that there were some very small wrinkles that did disappear by the second day. Attaching the screen to the wall: Mounting the screen to the wall is also very easy with the included brackets that the frame rests on. Having a second person was very helpful to make sure the brackets were level and to avoid having the screen tip over while lifting into place. The screen is very light and I could have lifted it up by myself but due to the size it was a little difficult to balance especially while trying to avoid touching the screen (Note: kit comes with gloves to wear while doing this to avoid oil transfer from your hands to the screen surface) Final verdict: For the price the screen quality exceeded my expectations. It looks great on the wall (picture included in review) and even with an entry level projector (Epson 3200- Cost $1200) the picture looks great and gets compliments all the time. I would highly recommend this product for your home theater needs.

Not a small undertaking to assemble
Great screen and a relatively good price. Does seem to make the colors especially pop a little more, and it looks good. But be warned, especially for the larger sizes, that assembly isn't easy. Not complicated per se, but just work. 135 little plastic buttons to snap together (which occ pop apart and have to be fixed), 135 springs to attach to stretch the screen onto the frame. We used 3 people to hang this thing once done, just to make it level. And yeah it's hard to hit studs for the every one of the mounting bracket holes, but 50% ain't bad (this thing isn't too heavy). If not for the awkward assembly would be 5 stars. Will see how it holds up (ie if plastic starts popping off and the springs start tearing the screen, will update).

Totally worth it.
We used to watch TV on an actual Televisions (go figure), but Pisti is very determined to transform our home into a giant movie cave. Truth be told, I did not complain. How do we achieve this? Well, of course, we add a giant projector screen to our dining room and completely rearrange our house. Our living room became our dining room and our dining room became our living room. And guess what? It's totally worth it. First off, this thing is HUGE and we didn't even get the biggest one. We are limited as our wall is only so big, so we bought the (only) 120-inch screen. They have screens from 100 to 150-inches. We chose the middle of the range because we literally couldn't go any bigger with our wall. The Elite Screen Sable Frame is super easy to assemble, though you need a lot of space. Not surprising. The directions were crystal clear and the whole thing, in general, is light. The only downside when assembling is if you have pets. The frame is velvet and is a magnet for pet hair. We had to use a lint roller several times to get the excess cat hair off. The screen itself is amazing. There were no blemishes, rips or tears. It was also not wrinkled, which was a big concern, so we were able to set it up and use the first night. With the black border, it really makes the movie and shows really pop on the screen. Naturally, with a projector you need dark lighting otherwise the colors are muted and hard to see. The border helps, but to really solve this invest in some nice Blackout Curtains. I'll write a review about those bad boys another time. The screen comes with small mounting brackets that are easily attached to the wall. Then lift up the screen and set it on the hooks and presto! Your screen is ready for viewing! l 100% recommend this screen without question for anyone who has a projector. It cost us only $265. Many people think we paid hundreds of dollars for this and are completely shocked when we tell them the actual price we paid. We receive so many compliments from this is is almost unreal. Definitely worth the investment for anyone thinking about buying a projector screen

Great until it wasn't....
I purchased this item in mid November and didn't get to setting it up until after the holidays in January. I was excited to unpack and set up this screen in my theatre room. The items appeared to be well packaged and of good quality. Unfortunately, I have had the screen in use now for roughly 40 days and a section of the screen end that gets clipped onto the frame appears to have come undone rendering it useless due to the location. This was not a case where a clip came loose but the screen itself tore perhaps due to the tension and can no longer be clipped to the frame. Since this is on the top part of the frame, it is very noticeable as gravity pulls it down. I guess could unclip everything and flip it around upside down and it would not be as noticeable. That is a lot of work to do and I would still have a new screen that is torn... I thought I was getting a good deal at this price point but it looks like I may have to spend more and try a different brand screen. I will post some photos this evening when I am back home. I hope you find this review helpful.

Budget Friendly
Summary: Great budget screen for movie night with the family in low light situations. Easy assembly, and high quality look and feel. However, it is a victim of any amount of ambient light including the media room's own reflection off the walls when the lighting is completely controlled. I read many of the reviews of this screen and knew it was a budget friendly solution to my home theater room until I can afford the premium brand screens. Being new to projectors and a home theater, I didn't want to break the bank to get the big screen experience and figured the $259 was worth the gamble to see how it compares to the higher end screens. I paired this with the Sony VPL-HW45ES and overall it gets the "family movie night" job done. However, I'm already saving to buy a premium light rejecting or high contrast screen ($3k+) as the black levels just aren't there with this screen in any amount of lighting...including no lighting at all. My media room is fully light controlled and when all the lights are off and doors closed, the picture is decent, not great, just decent. It will washout slightly in brighter scenes due to the ambient light reflecting from the walls due to the screen itself. I haven't painted my room dark just yet (which will help somewhat) but with any amount of natural ambient light it washes out quite a bit. If I turn on the 4 wall sconces (60w ea.) the picture fades to an unwatchable level. So the lights must be kept completely off. If I leave the french doors open and allow some light to enter from the playroom to the side (via it's lights or natural lights through the windows), it washes out quite a bit as well. So, in total light control, it's a 7/10 stars. If ambient light is present, 3/10 stars. I've attached pics, but cell phone cameras aren't that great. As for quality and assembly, it took about 35 minutes being extremely careful to lay the parts out in order. It will tax your hands and fingers getting the snappy things in place, but overall very simple and effective making for a tight screen with no wrinkles. The quality of the screen frame is also very well built and has an upscale look with the velvet and invisible seams where the frame joins together. For the novice or casual movie-goer it gets the job done (like kids and non-techie spouses), but if you're like me and want a superb picture to see all the detail in low light scenarios, save your dough and get one of the premium brand screens.

Fantastic replacement for my several year old Focupix screen
Several years back, I purchased a relatively inexpensive fixed frame screen by a company called Focupix. During the installation of that screen, I had issues with the screen overstretching and causing actual stretch marks to show on the screen (they sent a replacement and several videos showing the mounting order and that screen also stretched.) I ended up living with the imperfections as it just wasn't worth the hassle to return the screen again and wait. Having finally had enough of the stretch marks and screen imperfections, I started a hunt for a new screen. After combing through several home theater forums and a few reddit threads, I kept being pointed to the Elite screens brand. Did some additional research and read several reviews on Amazon and decided to give the screen a try. I was a little nervous about the multiple piece frame as my focupix was single continuous pieces of aluminum just joined at the corners (but no center support to prevent torsion.) The screen arrived in a very well packed and padded box which had additional boxes inside for the frame pieces (also well padded and protected.) The screen was in a sealed poster style tube with a layer of foam sheet to protect the screen. Overall, assembly was fairly painless. I was space constrained for some aspects of the installation which made things a little hectic but otherwise between the video posted on the listing and the included instructions, everything was easy to follow and assemble. Because I was taking extreme care to ensure no damage would occur to the screen (or any over stretching) it took me around an hour to fully assemble and mount to the wall. The multiple piece assembly was a breeze and once assembled, you would be very hard pressed to notice the seem in the center of the screen in normal viewing conditions. Once I powered up the project, A sony VPL-HW65ES SXRD 1080p projector, I realigned everything and started looking at content. I was very impressed with the screen right away. The brightness uniformity from all of my viewing angles was excellent. The 1.1 gain is great and really helps my projector look its best. Compared to the focupix, this screen almost makes it seem like I have a new projector with a fresh bulb! (Lamp has around 2200 hours on it currently) Very impressed overall and would recommend the screen to anyone in the market for a very reasonably priced screen in a fixed frame style. I look forward to many years of enjoyment from this screen!
