Trudeau 5118558 Structure Fluted Cake Pan Silicone Bakeware, Medium, Confetti White

I bake a lot and love this line of bakeware. It is so easy to clean and is worth every penny. I have made brownies frequently. Baking time has been a few minutes less it bakes a tad faster. Very easy to use and frankly I highly recommend this. Pro tip always use a foundation of light butter and flour so it does not stick. Or Wilton Cake Release Pan Coating which is amazing.

Love the confetti look of this Bundt pan, the silicone makes it easy to remove the cake, the extra support they give to their silicone molds makes they easy to move in and out of the oven, highly recommend!

I have been using this pan for just two months and although it is the best silicone pan on the market, I am not loving the light tan color. It is showing major signs of use and I never use it in the oven over 425 degrees. It is gradually turning a solid brown in color and this is after handwashing and putting into the dishwasher. See pics. The pros of this pan is that it is made from silicone, and it is very durable and substantial. The cons about this pan is the light tan color and the confetti effect from the silicone mold. Check out my second pic which shows where a fleck of confetti literally burnt off while in the oven. I would love this pan more if it was produced without the confetti effect and produced in a dark color. I think this pan will last for many more years, I just wished that it did not look so old after just using for less than two months and I only use it once or twice a week to heat up chicken nuggets. Again, love the high end materials and design of this pan, just wished it would be made in a darker color without the unnecessary confetti effect.

This is something I wish I had years ago. Nothing sticks in it and it washes up easily. Just be careful if cutting with a sharp knife as it can cut the pan.

Brownies and cakes no longer stick. Silicone baking is definitely the way to go.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this fluted cake pan. It is not only attractive but bakes the batter beautifully. I will be purchasing other Trudeau bakeware.
