This Paul Mitchell flat iron works amazing. It heats up quickly, leaves my hair smooth and shiny, and doesn’t pull or damage my hair. Very easy to use and great quality. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I cannot remember the last time I bought this same exact model. I say at least 10 years ago. Let’s hope this lasts just as long. Remember if your straightener is hot enough, you do not have to pass it through your hair multiple times. Your hair will not be damaged. This is the one you want. How did I ever live without this? My hair was so thick I had to cut it short to tame it. Now I have shiny, smooth straight hair whenever I want. You will get many compliments with this straightener. Buy it.

Oh my GOSH! I am officially in love! I had a Hot Tools Flat Iron that I wasn't happy with. It always felts like it was ripping my hair out and it took multiple passes just to achieve a smooth polished finished. I used the Paul Mitchel Flat Iron for the first time this morning and I knew, after the first pass, I was hooked. It glided though my hair so smoothly. There was no pulling or tugging and it took me half the time to straighten my hair. The results were incredible. My hair was smooth, polished and doesn't feel damaged like other flat irons made it. It out-performed any other brands I have tried. After seeing what this could do, I will be purchasing the Paul Mitchel Curling Iron. I am one very happy lady

So far so good with this flat iron. My Sedu Revolution finally died after 14 years, and I've been on the hunt for a replacement that is as good or better. This is a sleek and professional looking flat iron. It heats up super fast and my favorite part is that it doesn't snag my hair. It seems to work very well and really does smooth and straighten after only one pass. Pretty impressive. We will see how it holds up over time. I give this 4 stars, 1 star deduction for the warranty that is only 1-year. Hope to get at least 5-7 solid years out of this before it has any issues.

I had a Paul Mitchell straightener before this one, it quit after 12 or 13 years. I love this new the same. Works perfect.

Love it! I bought this product a few years ago for my cousin my mom went over one day and needed to do her hair, she loved is! So I bought her one for Christmas. Cord is a great length. Great for hair frizz. Perfect grip. Sleek look. Over all happy with this product.

This is expensive but it is worth it! This is my second straighter from this brand, the quality is really good. I just recently had to replace my old one because it wouldn’t get as hot but it lasted 15 years! So this one is my replacement and it is really good! It is not heavy which is super nice, not bulky. It also heats up so fast like within a minute, I was so surprised. This only thing I don’t like is how the controls to make it hotter or colder is on the inside of the straightener.

I have thick frizzy hair, not really curly but with waves. No matter what I do, which products I use or which flat iron I try, my hair can't deal with the summer humidity or when it's raining outside. I first saw what this flat iron could do at my hairdresser's. I was shocked when my hair stayed straight the rest of the day in the summer humidity. What's great with the flat iron is the ion technology. The iron infuses your hair with negative ions which seals the hair, eliminating frizz. And even if I wet my hair, it stays straight. The straightness goes away once you apply shampoo. It also heats the hair from the inside out, which causes way less damage to the hair. This iron glides so smoothly on my hair, it does not catch or tug my hair AT ALL and heats up extremely quick. It was worth the investment. I just hope it last a few years!
