I tough t it was the lentils but when I cooked it, the grains was longer but the taste was as lentils. Was good

This moth grain is suppose to be used once it starts getting sprouts on it with one side covered but when I tried to wash it with water then that half cover started to come off and made the litter bitter taste and finally it spoiled the taste of Misal Paav. Don’t buy this if you are purchasing it just for misal paav. They are not natural as they named it.
