Healthy and delicious
This was my first time trying White buckwheat. I had only had the toasted type prior to this. The taste of this is very mild, but that just means that you can season it anyway you like. It's kind of like a higher fiber, healthier alternative to couscous. I think it's a great addition to anyone's pantry, and a great value from YUPIK.You can use it anyway you would use rice or pasta

Love these as part of our whole, intact grain-based breakfast. I made them in the instant pot along with some oat groats and sorghum, all mixed together. Just add boiling water--two times the amount of dry whole grains--and pressure cook for 5 minutes. Then let them sit for 2 hours before you open the instant pot (natural release). Perfect mixed grains! Add some plant milk, blueberries, cinnamon, and walnuts to your breakfast mixed grain bowl, or throw some mixed grains into your salad. So good!
