Q: Is it approved by apple? what happens with no original chargers is that they get blocked by mac through their updates. does it happens with this one?

No, it continues to work for me. In my opinion, it is not worth it for Apple to do such a thing. It would be very expensive for Apple to do such a thing f(write new code, modify or install chips in their existing chargers etc.) for something so trivial.

No, it is only for newer Macbooks that charge over USB C.
