Good quality and worth the money.

After use if one year and 2 months this is the condition. I purchased it in november 2023. From feb 2025 it started leaking gas. After three complaints, no resolution till date every 2-3 days the service centre guys call and give excuses. No service in bangalore city i cant image the condition in tier 2 or tier 3 city. I am not sure what is wrong with pigeon, but the customer care support executives are making excuses. They are just saying that rusting is not our problem and it is not covered under warranty. The Service Center people are saying that the rusting happened because we repaired the gas from outside. I don’t know what is the logic behind this, but worst service from pigeon. I do not recommend this product to anyone completely devastated since the last five months, there is no resolution of the complaint and they are not helping at all. in five months, I have Complaint four times and the service person has visited our home around 6 to 7 times. They come click the photos and go and WhatsApp the photos two days later then again two days later, they ask us to send the photos, and this is only that is happening. There is no resolution worst product ever everything is just rusted and breaking down and they are not helping us. They are not accepting that this is a manufacturing fault. They are saying that this is because of us. A gas stove is supposed to be near water. I don’t know how rusting is our problem. I have used ₹800 Surya gas and they are far better than this. they don’t rust even after 15 years, horrible product from pigeon, please, avoid. Update: They denied service completely. This is waste.

One of the burner stopped workimg properly within 1 day of use. There is also a lot of soot deposit on the burner stand after just 1 use.

Hi Guys please don't buy this Item I have purchased above Pigeon Aster Gas Stove 2 Burner on 8th December 2025, I have started using Stove on 18th December 2025,within 5 days I am facing above issue. I have called Pigeon customer support for reporting, they booked the ticket ( below details). Pigeon Technician two times visited 1st visit Pigeon technician said to replace the regulator valve 2nd visit Pigeon technician changed the spare, problem repeated again. Technician Message - he could not able to solve the issue apart from changing the regulator value. I am panicked to use the Gas stove ( Pigeon Aster Gas Stove 2 Burner) due to abnormal flame fire and sound. Please kindly do the needful. Problems reported to Pigeon - Abnormal sound on flame,Gas leak while kept in SIm It has been more than week since I first raised the complaint. I have spoken to multiple customer care representatives, but there has been absolutely no resolution. Every time, customer support convincing me

Nice product .. looks same as the photo and even the burner are good and flames are highly easy to use … The stove burn perfectly and even too much sometimes .. for first few days i had to sim whenever i cook…
