This massage ball is great! It’s harder than a tennis ball so it works really well. It rolls out the tension and aches in my feet after walking around all day. I first tried it in a pilates class and got one for myself right away. It’s a bit pricey but if you have foot pain everyday, it’s totally worth it!

Excellent larger size for spot treatment. I find it to be much more effective than a tennis ball size for psoas or larger muscle pinpoint loosening.

This thing is UH-MAZE-ING! I purchased it 2/3 way through a 15 hour turned 24 hour road trip. My back was SO SORE and I ordered this thing for overnight delivery to my destination and it was the best purchase I have made in SO LONG!!! Not only if this amazing for everyday massaging of sore spots but it’s also perfect for travel. You can easily slide this between yourself and the seat to reach those tight knocks that form from sitting in the same position for so long. Easy to use by yourself and the stripes vs solid points do have varying stiffness to allow for deeper pressure when needed. So happy I found this and if I ever loose it in my travels (or have it stolen by my already jealous friends and family) I will most DEFINITELY be coming back to repurchase.

I’ve been wanting one of these for quite some time and it was finally the right price at the right time. It’s so easy to use on the wall or the floor to relieve muscle pain. Because it’s so light weight, it will be easy to travel with. So many uses and reliable quality.

La foto solo podría subir de la pelotita, porque de otra ni manera, yo estoy muy contracturada por mi tipo de trabajo me estreso mucho y he ido a muchos lugares para masajes y termino saliendo frustrada porque los que estan dentro de mi presupuesto son un fraude, cuando empieza a sentirse rico el masaje ya se acabo el tiempo.... y no tengo quien me de masajes, esta pelotita el dia que llego tenia una video conferencia, aqui en la silla de ruedas (recuperándome de fractura de peroné) la coloqué a media espalda y a medio rotar la espalda de lado a lado sentía como si nudillos de otra persona me estuviera dando un masaje en la espálda, ya me di masaje en varias partes del cuerpo y se siente exquisito, duele por lo contracturada que estoy pero luego se siente caliente que es cuando ya esta descontracturando el musculo , deshaciendo los nudos de tension... y lo más rico que todos los masajes seran gratis, porque aunque lo compre a precio normal me salio baratisimo, en el supermercado vi unas bien piojas (coloquialmente hablando, bien corrientes, feas, que se ve que solo seran dinero perdido), esta no.... asi que para quien quiera un buen auto regalo, les recomiendo TRIGGERPOINT , proximamente me comprare algun otro, pero por el momento estoy enamorada, y ya tengo en mente a quien regalarle la suya y como dice la información, hasta para llevarla en el bolso y no separarte nunca de ella...100% recomendable y 100% disponible tenerla contigo siempre.
