My wife and I were having our bathroom remodeled and we needed a shower faucet that had a rain spout and a handheld shower head. After searching literally everywhere, we came across this shower faucet. It’s a decent price and has the features that we needed, so I purchased it. After it had arrived, I went through the box. It was packaged extremely well. All parts felt very sturdy and of good quality. This surprised me as it was made abroad. I gave it to my contractor to install, and he told me that it was actually very easy to install, and it was clearly marked. After the bathroom was completed, we gave it a test run. It works great. The pressure is excellent. The diverted is easy to switch between rain shower, handheld, or both. Most of all, it doesn’t leak one bit. I did purchase an additional cartridge, as what I’ve read online stated that these tend to break. We are very pleased with this purchase..

We absolutely love this system. We remodeled our bathroom and shower and this is a perfect addition for us. We did have one minor request for customer service and within a few days with no pushback the issue was resolved above and beyond expectations. Customer is alive and well here!

The faucet set looks great. It was missing a shower arm flange. I contacted Gabrylly immediately, and their customer service was on top of it. They responded quickly, and within a few days I had the missing part. Amazing customer service and communication.

Update: STILL no response from the company. Other customer reviews claim they’ve been assisted after having issues but I’ve heard from no one. I’d at least like a new diverter valve so I don’t have to purchase a completely new system! This product has been installed maybe three months and already having problems with the diverter. It was working normally up until today when I went to turn on the shower head and no water is coming out. The handheld and tub spout are working just fine but as you can see in the video the diverter valve is not allowing water to the shower head. Which is unfortunate because I do really like the shower head. I haven’t found a way to contact the seller, I don’t see a customer support contact and I’m outside the return window. This is a big inconvenience for me as my other bathroom is being remodeled and this one is my only option so I’m now having to shower with a handheld sprayer or take a bath. Smh wouldn’t recommend.

I have been a professional Handyman for almost 15 years and have installed many plumbing fixtures over those years. Delta, Moen and many many more brands and I will be the first to tell you I was skeptical at first about buying an off brand from Amazon to install in my own bathroom. I am very impressed!!!!! Absolutely love the product. It's solid construction right out of the package is a great first impression and it's ease of installation makes it even better. It's function is flawless and smooth. Excellent packaging that seriously alone would make me buy from them again. Which I more than likely will when it's time for bathroom #2 remodel. If you are skeptical like I was take it from me, you will not be disappointed!

I had an issue with the shower valve leaking, and after posting a review - which apparently was taken down - i was contacted by the company and was helped VERY QUICKLY. This system is indeed very much worth it! I cannot express enough how attentive the seller was to correcting my issue, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND theor products, if only for the customer satisfaction of how they responded!!

The set looks really great. I like that the shower head is separate from the spray handle. It seems to be made with quality materials. My one issue is the knob to turn the water on. You can turn the dial in either direction but to get to the faucet setting to take a bath, you must go through the shower setting or the sprayer setting. So to turn it off from filling the tub, you once again go past the shower setting spraying a quick burst of cold water. Going clockwise, the dial goes from hand held sprayer, faucet for the tub, shower head, then back to off. The tub setting should be the first setting, not the middle setting.

Been a plumber for 35 years and Gabrylly products are becoming a favorite of mine. The finish is beautiful and installation is a breeze. Highly recommend their products.
