Excellent rubber door gasket rejuvenator
I bought this in an effort to save an aging door gasket on a classic car...needless to say, getting a proper new door gasket was going to be a challenge and the "one size fits all" means "one size fits none". The product worked extremely well and the gasket is now sealing properly, without having to be replaced, definitely a win in my book. It may not solve all problems, but for just a few dollars it is worth trying before replacing an entire door gasket.

ONly thing which takes away the sticky surfae of old rubber or plastic
Sticky rubber or plastic surface? This is the only thing I have found that actually works to fix that. So you know the horror of discovering something you have had for a while is de polymerizing and either becoming brittle or sticky. The brittle is bad enough but the sticky is worse as you cant use it without being reminded of what it shold feel like. So I have tried all the normal advice- soap and water (hah!), wife's makeup remover, olive oil, different alcohols (methyl, ethyl, iso propyl), Acetone, Armor All, Goof off glue remover, Goof off regular, nothing helped. In fact the regular goof off and acetone started to take off the rubber coating and made things substantially worse. I reluctantly asked ChatGPT thinking it would have no clue but it gave me some suggestions including this stuff. Its like old fashioned shoe polish- liquid in a bottle with a foam applicator on top. I tried it once and it was better. Not great but better. I let it dry and ran two more coats on it (Sweet Dell Xeon laptop from 2015) and to my amazement it solved the sticky problem and other than being glossier, its almost identical to my current Dell laptop. I beleive its a silicone based solution so it should not wash off as I need to occasionally wipe down the keyboard. I now have a whole range of stuff like tools and things that are next in line to get coated. It doesnt undo the damaged plastic or rubber due to oxidation over time and loss of polymerizers but makes the surface at least usable again. I have some automotive targets in mind as well. Fairly inexpensive solution to a vexing problem. No I didnt get it for free, I always pay full price usually after trying everything else that doesnt work but thats life.

Perfect For Old Rubber Parts
Works great for keeping the rubber on my old Philips Norelco shaver from getting sticky or drying out. Product is water based which means it's safe to use on a variety of different materials. Sponge makes application easy and efficient.

Customers always notice how clean the door seals look!
I’ve been using 303 Rubber Seal Protectant as part of my car detailing work, and it has become one of those essential maintenance products I rely on. What stands out about this protectant is how well it rejuvenates and protects rubber seals on doors, windows, hood, and trunk. I applied it to my 10-year-old car as a test subject, and the difference is remarkable — the seals look very good, feeling supple and flexible again, not stiff or brittle like untreated seals often do. For older or weather-worn seals, I noticed the original color and pliability return, which really helps maintain a tight, weatherproof seal around the doors and windows. The application is very user-friendly. The built-in foam-tip applicator makes it easy to target seals precisely without wasting product or making a mess. During application, it’s normal to see small white drops of the product on the seals, but once it dries, it leaves a smooth, clean, and well-conditioned finish. I simply wipe any excess after a few minutes — quick and straightforward. As a professional detailer, I can say this is a nice finishing touch that clients always notice. It elevates the overall look of the vehicle and adds that extra sense of care and polish that people appreciate. I find it especially valuable in hotter climates or when the car sits outside often. The product’s UV protection helps prevent the seals from drying, cracking, or fading due to sun exposure, which can save from costly seal replacements down the road. After treating my car, and a few customer cars at the shop, the difference is noticeable: doors close smoother, seals feel healthier, and there’s a lower chance of leaks or wind noise. Because of that, I consider 303 Rubber Seal Protectant a must-have for anyone serious about car maintenance or detailing. In short, 303 Rubber Seal Protectant works exactly as advertised: it conditions, protects, and revitalizes rubber seals. It’s inexpensive, easy to use, and gives a real improvement in seal performance and longevity. I’ll definitely keep using it and recommend it to others who want to preserve their vehicle’s seals.

Foam applicator doesn’t do the job
I was so excited to get the 303 Rubber Seal Protectant today, upon receiving it I went to work. At the start, I encountered problems with the foam applicator. **. When using the applicator on the window seal, the solution wasn’t only on the seal, it was on the car window and car frame, what a mess! - I decided to tilt the foam applicator to one side hoping that this might avert the mess, however by doing this the applicator started to drip. **. The applicator works well on the flat seal surfaces & that’s why I gave this product 3 stars **. The applicator doesn’t cover inner seal folds or coroner's of the inner door frame ** No matter how you adjust the applicator, the coroner’s can’t be reached **. The inner seal folds require angled applications resulting in a dripping applicator. I will be returning this product

Great item, easy to use
I bought a 24 year old convertible and used this product on all the rubber seals associated with the soft top, door seals and engine seals. I don't know how long the product will extend the life, but they look really good now and feel soft to the touch and not brittle at all. Seems to work well.

Used to condition and treat roof rubbers for a vw Eos. Before treatment one area of the roof was just pouring water in during torrential rain in December. 303 was applied by dabbing and spreading over all roof rubbers for a few days. This seemed to have helped during sibsequent bad down pours. Fingers crossed for the rest of the winter!
