I am so pleased with this set of soft-toned Hi-Liters. I had not seen these colors before. Most of the ones I have are fluorescent colors and they sometimes tend to hide the text. I really like the lighter shades of this selection of Hi-liters.

I like how the blue and green highlighters have pretty colors. Not too dark, not too common. I wish it had a purple one too (like 5 assorted colors), but I am happy with this purchase!

Best color scheme!

First off, these are great highlighters and would be perfect for the normal user. However, I am a teacher and a school supplies “snob”, so my rating is a little more critical than the average customer. I love these highlighters for their color and the thickness of their highlights, but the sound they produce while scraping across the paper makes my skin prickle. There could be numerous reasons why, first being that I am left handed, the second being the angle I use the highlighter at, and lastly - cheap school paper.With this being said, please consider buying these highlighters - they are GREAT!

Priced right and could not find locally.

I bought these highlighters specifically because they were NOT neon or fluorescent colors. I wanted regular colors, especially yellow (and not neon yellow) for highlighting. I am very pleased with this brand and will buy them again when I need to restock. I love all of these colors. The tips are great, easy to use and not overly watery. I am extremely happy about these being NOT fluorescent. I wish more brands were like this. Thanks Avery!
