Nice size and one side is flocked material. Comes with a nice elasticated bandage type pouch which can wrap around your head. I use for bad headaches and the help a great deal.

Mould to my eye so perfect for migraine when it’s behind my eye! As others note they do warm up within 10-15 min however there are enough that you can rotate them. I like the little pouch they come in to store in the freezer.

These are fantastic. The elastic band is stretchy and the velcro holds everything in place. It fits around my swollen knee and with in 5 minutes make it numb, getting rid of any pain. However the velcro does begin to create loose strings of material after a couple days.

These definitely are small but they’re also very thin. Even when they’ve been in the freezer for hours, they come out not feeling particularly cold and certainly not frozen. I was really underwhelmed with these and have gone back to my trusty and oh so reliable frozen peas, where would we all be without them!

Very useful item to help with injuries. Being small they are quick to freeze and easy to position. Recommended.

Very useful for my migraines

I bought these to use over my eyes post op. The size is great, it covers my eyes and part of my cheeks, which is targeting the swollen parts perfectly. They’re very easy to use. They arrived all intact - no leakages. Also no breaks so far in use but I’m not pushing the product to its limitations by way of temperature or handling. I feel the cloth backing could’ve been slightly thicker but the cloth sleeve that comes with it can be helpful for added protection when applying to the skin.

I use these small ice packs for my breasts since I’m a pumping mom, and they have been a lifesaver. I love that they’re small and flexible enough to fit right inside my bra and target the exact areas I want. Compared to other breast icing pads that cover the entire breast, these are perfect for tender spots or clogged areas when I don’t need full coverage. They get cold quickly, stay cold long enough to be effective, and aren’t uncomfortably stiff. Je n'ai testé ces sacs que pour leur rétention de froid, ils sont plutôt efficaces et soulagent pendant 10-15 min une douleur dentaire par exemple. Toujours en bon état après plusieurs mois au frigo et congélateur.

Son pads muy pequeñitos, pero al ser varios son ideales para cuando quieres tratar una zona en específico, irlos turnando en la medida que pierden temperatura. También se pueden usar para ayudar en la lactancia. Un acierto.

It is more like a water than gel. The gel sets in one side of the circle and the rest gets empty. The edges are sharp

I have wrists that swell up because of a car accident. So I usually buy support wrist guards on Amazon. When I saw this, I figured this would be additional assistance in getting the swelling down. I was correct. These are a little blue discs that come with a little @go bag” which you can store in your freezer. They are good if you only need a small amount of cold somewhere. Which I did. It takes a little bit of manoeuvring but I’m able to fit a couple of discs in between the wrist guards. Then I get the double duty of the support and it, as well as the cooling from the discs. They don’t last a heck of a long time but um.. they are small so yeah.. it doesn’t matter because you could just replace it with another disc. Benjie booty is about 6 1/2 pounds so you can see the size of them. Yes, they have freezing wrist products which I have bought.. but those ones don’t support the wrist. So buying these, it gives me the additional benefit of both.
