The taste is good but doesn't have fruits and nuts. It includes only seeds. Overall all is good, easy to make.

It's really a nice product.. already bought 3 times.. my mum loves it in breakfast with ensure or proteinex as breakfast. Also the cereal granules were not dusty or broken.. taste wise it's quite good. Thank you yogabar
