AVer VB342+ Professional USB Plug-N-Play Camera Audio Soundbar for Huddle & Small Conference Rooms (COMVB342+)

I purchased the Aver VB342+ due to my university closing due to the Coronavirus and had to prepare to teach all of my classes online for the first time. I was caught unprepared and my laptop's mic and webcam were insufficient for my needs. My lectures are highly interactive and I wanted to bring that interaction to the online medium; I did not want my students to only rely on pre-recorded videos and presentations. Then I found the AVer VB352+.Installation was very easy, just plug-n-play. (The only additional step you may need to do is check your video, mic, and sound settings and make to sure set the default to the AVer.) All of my students have reported that the video and sound quality are excellent. The remote control also works very well. The camera does pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) depending on who is talking or where you are positioned. (I do not need that feature so I have not tested that function extensively.) Although expensive, you do get what you pay for.This unit truly makes video conferencing in a small office very easy. All of the functions I need are contained in one unit and I only need one USB connection to make everything work.
