This dress was absolutely beautiful and true to size! The fabric feels high-quality with a gorgeous satin finish, and the added pockets were such a nice surprise. Perfect for formal events — elegant, comfortable, and flattering!

Holy flippin’ flap, this dress is gorgeous! The high quality fabric has just the right amount of body, the sizing is on point, the tailoring is very professional, the color rich... I only have positive points for this dress and I am definitely getting more colors! 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💖 ... Y’know, for rainy days and events that require some old school Hollywood Glam! In my country a dress of this style and quality would be several thousand moneys! At least 8-10 times what this seller charges. In-sane! 🤯 The practicals: I bought a size 6 wine red, live in Denmark and am 172 cm (~5’8”-9”) tall. Shipping charge was as expected for Europe, it arrived in about a week (!) and there was a minor import charge (not the seller’s fault!). I got the dress for a wedding with a formal dress code. I am 35, mixed race half-Asian, relatively tall with athletic build (to give you an idea of the fit). I have worked in fashion a costuming for a number of years and this is my first garment purchase from Amazon. The dress itself is hangs a few cm above the floor in the front when I’m in heels and has a little train. So glamorous! I laced the back as a proper corset for the best fit around the waist (and so I can put the dress on without assistance) but the bodice itself doesn’t work as a corset as the eyelets are individually sewn on loops of fabric instead of enforced metal eyelets known from corsets. The skirt part has a matching underskirt which I removed but the pleats and sheer amount of fabric in the skirt itself keep the slit family friendly. The pleats also allow the addition of pockets if you like to eliminate the need to carry a clutch/bag around. The sleeves fit my arms to the millimeter. The wedding hasn’t taken place yet, and my only issue is that I’m afraid to wear the dress as I would definitely take attention from the bride 😬 My first choice would be to style with court stilettos, sleek wavy hair with a side part, simple gemstone earrings and matching necklace (optional), French manicure, cat eye liner and your favourite red lip for a Hollywood glam look. My second choice would be to style with gold/silver/rose gold or clear strappy stiletto sandals, smokey eyes, nude (understated) lip and a fierce pose for a more modern look.

Get this dress ❤️!!! it looks much more expensive than what it was, the quality was very good and it fit perfect. And has pockets. When I first got it, I wasn’t sure how I felt because it was very wrinkled but as soon as I steamed it, it looked like a very expensive high-end dress. No one could believe I got it on Amazon. Because of the corset back, it can fit different body shapes, and sizes. I cannot be more happy with this purchase.

I purchased the red color for my wedding and it was beautiful! The color and cut was just as the picture shows (my front picture had a filter so the color looks slightly off but it is, indeed true red). I’m 5’3 and weigh about 242lbs and went with size 20 (which is 2XL). It was true to size. The quality was very good (thick material) and very comfortable for a material that didn’t stretch. I didn’t need support in the breast area either. I am definitely going to order this in black!

The dress is gorgeous, great quality and comfortable. The pockets are roomy. The fabric is non-stretch but the corset makes up for it. I ordered in black and it is a beautiful midnight black. My only issue is how long it is. I’m 5’3 and it is too long to move around in. I am looking into getting it hemmed but at a professional tailor I was quoted about 200 which is double what I paid for it.

I was a little hesitant to buy this dress, but before I began my review, let me state I have in no way received any type of renumeration or discount or anything for this review. I paid the price listed and the review has not been shaped by any third party interference. Now that that's out of the way... Can I say WOW.... I mean seriously. This dress exceeds every and any expectations I had of it. It came so tightly packaged that I was convinced it was some thin cheap material crap. The person that packed this needs to come with me when I travel or to organize my closet and drawers. I was gearing up to be disappointed. I know a previous review stated that it was tightly packaged but reading it and seeing it are two different things. The material is gorgeous. The colour is rich and vibrant. The material is also not flimsy or see through. Total inspection revealed no tears or snags or hanging threads. The dress is beautiful and most importantly, it's gut, belly, pouch, muffin top, junk in the trunk what ever situation you have going on below the waist, friendly. I tried it on without the supporting undergarments that I would wear on the night in question and it fit. Please note that this is not a one person dress by yourself type of garment. You will need help with the corsetted back. The corsetted back allows for a more snug fit. Most importantly, please, please, please order your size according to the size chart. Rule of thumb, always order for the largest part of your body. For example if your breast is a size 20 but your waist is a 24, don't order a 20 or a 22 order the 24 a good seamstress will take care of it. To give you an example, according to the size chart my chest is a 26, my hips are a 24 and my waist is a 22/24 (in between size) and after consultation with a friend who owns a bridal store I ordered a 26. I was hesitant, but I am glad I listened to her. The size 26 fits my bust to a 't'. Had I ordered a 22 or 24 I would have had to return it or give it away because it would not be able to fit. I did have to go to a seamstress for her to take in the waist, but that is okay. I am 5'6" and the only alterations I need is to the waist as I love the train shape and length. Please also note the split is high. Very High. A wrong shift in the dress and all of your bloomers/drawers/panties WILL SHOW. I had the seamstress tack it down to about mid thigh. The dress once again is gorgeous. I will upload a pic of it when the event happens. I would totally and completely order this again, maybe in red for the Heart Ball.

This dress is everything it looks in the photos. Beautifully made, fits really well, colour and fabric just divine. LOVE IT.

it is large for my sister
