Professional Ceramic Flat Iron Hair Straightener for Any Grade in a Designer Gift Box

The search is over ladies and gentleman! This is by far the best iron I have ever used. Im a big hair salon lover, love the diy hair styles. I curl or straight my hair pretty much every day. (Use tons of hair healing products too) Had a very good branded iron for over 10 years switched in a blink for this one. Very good plates smooth and gentle with the hair even though it goes up to 450 degrees. Just fantastic!! Feels good in hand, made from great material easy and comfortable to use, can tell is not cheap unlike most. Give it a try. Wont regret it!! I was hesitant since i have never hear from this brand. Im so glad I bought it. 5 star big time.

I have been using straighteners for over 15 years, I don't have a lot of time nor patience when it comes to my hair so I need a product that works and works fast with the look that I spent time on my hair. This product works but not the way that I am used to. I have to go over the hair repeatedly and it takes a lot longer than my previous model ( infra shine ). It seems as though it does not reach the top tempreture. Also I did not realize it had no auto shut off which for me is a must, I forget all the time to shut it off😕. So although this is a good product and fairly decent pric it's not excellent. It may work well for those who have a little extra time in the mornings but it's not for me. The end result is how my hair looks and my prior model is what I will be purchasing again.

Met all expectations

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas 2015- so it was purchased it back in December. She was reluctant to let me know - but did today- that this flat iron has had plastic breaking here and there, and that it is also pulling her hair out. I just checked the return policy and found that it had to be returned by Jan 30 2016. A little more than a month after I bought it. I will have to do further research to see what to do. But for a flat iron that cost 129.00 when I bought it, I expected it to last longer than 6 months. And I sure did not expect that it would pull out her hair. Pretty bad.

My first flat iron from this company kept snagging my hair. The company emailed me immediately after my initial review and shipped me a new flat iron right away. I couldn't be happier with this product. It is very sturdy, heated up quickly, and did a great job. I have very thick course wavy hair and the results were awesome. The customer service for Jolie Amour was outstanding they were genuinely concerned that I was not 100% happy and took steps to correct. I highly recommend this flat iron. They also offer a life time guarantee.

I got this for my wife for her Birthday thinking it would be a top of the line product because of the price. When it arrived and she opened it up I noticed that the controls seemed a bit hard to get at. The next day after she tried it out she confirmed this and added that it was difficult to see what heat setting it was on unless she held the iron up to the light. Also, when you pinch the ceramic plates together they touched toward the tip of the iron, but were still not touching on the other end. I ended up returning it.

This flat iron is great and heats up quickly. I have to rate it only 3 stars because there is no way to tell what temperature you are using. The knob has no numbers telling the temperature. If I want to use 350 degrees there is no way to tell the actual temperature.

This is a great flatiron by far! It beats the "regular run of the mill" flatiron. My hair is natural and I have tight coils. First, I treated my hair with the Jolie Amour thermal protector before using the iron. I set the iron to the medium setting. I only needed to pass the flatiron once through my hair to get it super straight. My hair also had an incredible shine! This was the best purchase for me. Since I do not want to chemically straighten my hair, this flatiron gives me the option to have different hair styles without going to a hair salon which ultimately means keeping money in my pocket!
