My new husband, these are our wedding rings, nicked the ring on some heavy duty mall doors the day after we got them and we saw what looked like some metal flaked off. Well, it didn't come from the ring, it came from the door handle and left no mark on the ring or the pattern at all. We did get the smaller mm because we have smaller hands. They look wonderful. You do have to look especially close on the 4mm to see the Celtic pattern, that should be a given to anyone with a brain. If you're not sure what 4mm looks like put 2 nickles together. One nickles width equals about 2mm. We love them and they are perfect for our needs. Thank you. I will add a photo soon. And I will update the review if they fall apart tomorrow.
