This is an awesome game with manipulatives. I would have given this 5 stars if the numbers were not too high with 2 digit numbers 20’s and 30’s Children under 6 will not be able to play this game without an adult. On the other hand, as an early childhood special educator this is great for teaching healthy food vs not healthy, identifying vegetables, fruits and desserts as well as things they use and see in everyday life. Great for eye hand coordination. Now that most kids are home this would be a great game to have with parent involvement.

This was not at all what I expected and I agree with several other reviews. There are several people who commented on the size of the carts--they are small if you are expecting child size, but are huge if you are thinking in terms of a kids' game. They are not collapsible once assembled (had to remove one piece I put on backwards and it broke) and are WAY too big to return to the box. The food pieces do not match those in the pictures on the shopping lists and are somewhat vague (the mango is just a weird yellow shape). There are multiple pieces that are just cardboard cutouts. The spinner is useless. I will keep it for kids to sort foods and work on life skills, but would not recommend as a game for typically developing kids.

I should have known it was too good to be true. Not as good quality as I was hoping and the foods are very obscure - many of the plastic foods don’t match the photo on the shopping list. Overall okay if you are just adding to a box of kitchen food, but it makes it difficult for kids to actually play the game. Also some of the food items are flat pieces of cardboard. Wouldn’t buy again.

This game is to complicated for a 3 year old. The number color spinner is too much to handle. We have tossed the spinner and have created a whole new game. We hide the groceries around the house and use the shopping list to search for the correct items. Shopping carts are very cheap and unsturdy for using.

I think it will be a good little game for the kids. I thought it was an actual shopping cart but I’m kinda glad it wasn’t. This game could be fun and educational

This game is beyond dumb. The spinner is confusing and the kids got frustrated. There is no way to keep track of the food you already have and to know when the game is over. If I was buying this for the food and cart maybe it would get some stars but as a game it is a TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT! And it wasn’t cheap... I’m very very annoyed.

I like it the kids love it also

4 and 5 year old love this game. Keeps them occupied.
