I needed really heavy duty, strong and sturdy bronze swing hangers. After shopping at local stores and coming up empty handed, I found these and ordered them. I was very impressed with the quality, color, ease of installation and how great it looks!

These worked great. Once placed onto the center wood beam, with 2- 3" lag screws. The ball bearing hangers, allow the swings to glide with ease.

Heavy duty? I’ll say !!! Never mind the test results shown in the pictures. These are the real deal. Even the cross bolt was heat treated. Powder coating was thick and well applied. Provided hardware looked to be either zinc plated or anodized giving it a durable finish. Mine were mounted indoors but I wouldn’t hesitate to place them in weather. A word of caution. I’d recommend tightening the cross bolt just enough to prevent spinning. It looks possible to crack the casting if you bore down on it with a long wrench or ratchet. Happy I bought these!

Happy with these. You need to disassemble the bolt before you screw in the base, then you can add the washers and bolt etc back in. The swing hook is quite thick, so it fits the included carabiner, but it won't fit slightly smaller carabiners (that were included with my swing seats).
