Definitely works!
I am currently nursing twin girls and have had quite a few bumps along the way. I guess you could say it was the perfect storm for something to go wrong. Nursing multiples, returning to work full time and having babies that slept through the night wrecked havoc on my body. When they were 3 1/2 months old, I developed a blocked milk duct on one breast, which led to a milk blister. I did all kinds of research online and did everything I was supposed to do: compresses, massaging, extra nursing and pumping, etc. Once the milk blister burst, it ended up leading to mastitis. I was put on an antibiotic for 10 days and missed 3 days of work. At this time, despite my increased pumping and nursing, my milk supply went down. I was barely producing 2 oz from each breast at a single pumping session which led me to tap into my freezer stash. My babies drink three 5 oz bottles at day care - each (total needed: 30 oz - not including what I feed them at home before and after day care). And here I was barely getting 2 oz for each baby, times three pumping sessions (total producing: 12 oz if I was lucky, not including what they got from me when I nursed before and after day care). My coworker told me about the Mother's Milk tea. I didn't realize what I ordered was an entire case, but looking back, it was well worth it. I am not a tea drinker at all. I have always wanted to acquire a taste for tea and tried a million different kinds, made a million different ways. This tea, at first, tasted horrible! Everyone is different, but this is what worked for me. I figured, I don't like my coffee super hot and need to let it cool down, so tea might be the same way. I quickly found out that drinking it cold was far worse than anything I have ever tasted. Because of the taste, I also drank it sparingly. Based on the way I was drinking it in the beginning (or, more appropriately, NOT drinking it) I did not see much for results and almost gave up on nursing all together. I came back to the Amazon site and read more reviews and then decided to try a different approach. Here is what really worked for me: make and drink a cup of tea within the hour prior to nursing or pumping. Take a cup with a lid, or make your own lid using a plate, add the tea bag, then add the water. At home, I use a cup of water heated up from the microwave for about a minute to a minute and a half (depending on how hot the water was from my faucet), at work, I use the hot water spout from our water cooler, cover and let it sit and seep for about 8 - 10 minutes. After the 8 - 10 minutes have passed, I dip the tea bag a few times, then squeeze it out before discarding. Then I add in about a teaspoon of honey. Be sure to use the honey from the teddy bear bottle because it is cooked honey and not honey from a neighbor's back yard....(that's another story about bacteria and what is safe and not safe for babies.) Stir and drink. I drink it rather quickly and used to have to hold my breath when I drank it, but not so much any more. I still drink it quickly, but I don't have to hold my breath. It is much more bearable this way. The taste has actually grown on me and I look forward to drinking that warm cup of tea. Since I have started drinking it more consistently, five times a day, I have noticed my production has most definitely increased! I went from barely 2 oz from each breast to 5 oz and sometimes more, out of each breast. I am now producing what the babies are drinking the next day at day care. I am still hoping to be able to add back to my freezer stash, but that will come in time. I am proud to say that the babies are just over five months at the time of writing this review and are still being fed exclusively on breast milk (no formula) and two meals a day of oatmeal and/or stage 1 baby food. Hope this helps someone. Good luck to all!

The best to increase your milk supply!!
I love this tea; my baby has a shallow latch, so I try to breastfeed ( even it is hurtful) during the day and try to pump over night, so I noticed that during the day I started having less milk; I started drinking this tea and noticed milk supply increase right in one day; I drink it twice or maximum 3 times a day; I love the flavour too! Almost forgot! Price for the value! Usually milk supply increase drinks cost a lot but not with this tea!

Works Great... Tastes Great too! Awesome AMAZON price!
I have a 2 week old baby that LOVES to nurse. He loves to suck I think partly for the comfort of it at times. I have had an amazing milk flow production so far... however, a few days ago, I felt like I was running low, and I found myself drinking a chamomile vanilla tea about 3 times a day. I LOVE herbal teas... so I thought, why not drink tea that will actually help with producing more milk. I have been eyeing this on amazon lately. I read a lot of reviews about taste, etc. So I wanted to try it first. I send my husband to our local organic health food store. MIND you, he paid about $8 for ONE box of 16 bags of tea. I immediately tried some, and I take my tea with honey... and I REALLY liked it. I was thinking to myself, why others do not like the taste?! Another thing worth mentioning, I use my Keurig coffee maker to brew the HOT water, in my 16oz Contigo cup. I dont like the idea of a hot cup of tea around my baby without a lid and am paranoid it would burn someone. I carry my Contigo cup everywhere with me, full of tea. That said, I only use 1 tea bag in my 16onz cup. This is double the size they say to use on the box. However, I dont think it is bad... You should drink significantly MORE water when you're nursing. I actually always have my 30onz cup of ice water. I do drink this tea before bed, typically 1 to 2 16onz cups. I drink the same sized cup in the morning when I wake up, and throughout the day I drink it either over ice, or in the hot cup... As I said, I like the taste, and being that I am not going on 3 days drinking this, I can see the difference. If the difference is because of this tea, or just the fact that my son nurses A LOT and my body is making more milk to compensate for that fact, I dont care. I like the tea and will continue to drink it. THIS price here is the BEST I have found around. I subscribed and saved too. I suggest watering down the tea a little if you think it tastes too strong and put some honey in it. Honey is better than sugar and tastes delicious inside...

Great natural help for women
I absolutely love this tea! I have drank it though both pregnancy. I truly believe it help me heal after my first, hoping it does the same with the second due any day. I have drank it in between my pregnancy and when my monthly came back after the my first was born it was as regular as could be which I have never had in the 20years I've had one. Plus it made my monthly very easy, little cramping and a normal amount of flow. It taste great with a little bit of honey. I have recommended this to so many people including my sister and niece who have really bad monthly.

Seems to work alright in just shy of a week; Tastes fine. (UPDATED)
My baby is 3+ months old and eats 6 oz. of milk every ~3 hrs. and I am back to work, so keeping up with that supply is a bit demanding. Therefor, I tried this to try to boost my milk supply. I've been drinking 3 bags' worth at once, as that is most convenient since I'm out in the field for work a lot, for almost a week and think I am seeing a little more milk during a couple of pumpings- around an ounce or two. I was realistically not expecting a huge increase, but so far not as much as I wanted to hope. However, I am able to keep up with my little one for now and perhaps within a few more days it will increase a bit more. If not, I may take extra supplements. As far as taste, I'm not a tea drinker so I'm not particular about tea. I've been drinking it hot. I did notice a black licorice-like odor but the taste for me is not strong- I actually taste the spearmint more-so. I did add a tablespoon of honey one day and that was good. I'm sure it tastes a little different to everyone. UPDATE: Like anything, you should give it a few weeks to work as your body has to adjust to it. I should have stated before that I supplement my baby with formula at night, but I now believe this tea to work well for me. My supply increased several ounces and if I don’t get to pump when I normally do and go over, it seems to really pull and hold more milk for the next pumping. I use 4 bags at a time in one mug so I can drink it in one go, and use an insulated travel mug to keep it hot. If you’re thinking about trying this then you might as well do it; Everyone is going to have a different reaction and opinion to everything anyway, so you just have to find what works for you.

Satisfied
Have had sufficient breast milk supply and my baby is 4 months old now. All the females in my family didn't have much milk supply so I give credit to this product for my milk supply.

A must have for nursing mothers looking to bump their milk supply!
In a nutshell, Mother's Milk works! I was able to bump my milk supply by 3-4 ounces a day within 2 days of first use and for those who are counting every drop, even a ounce more is worth it. After reading some of the reviews, I was very worried that I wouldn't like the taste of this, but I was pleasantly surprised. It kind of had a hint of black licorice to me, which I don't normally like, but didn't bother me much after a few cups. If you don't like the taste of it, try it with milk, honey, sugar, cold, or lessen the time you steep it. Try different ways to drink this before you give up. As a mother who worked SO HARD to nurse and eventually expressed for an entire year, I tried everything to bump my supply and drinking this tea wound up being the easiest and least stressful for me. Without Mother's Milk, I don't think I would have made it a year because seeing my milk supply increase gave me the incentive to keep pumping even when I wanted to quit. I started using this when my daughter was 4 months old and I wished I would have used it a lot sooner. Every woman is different but for me, I noticed a change within the first day and by the second, my supply went up a whole 4 ounces. If I skipped a cup or two of drinking this tea, my supply would go down but would pick right back up when I drank it regularly, so for me, consistency was the key to maintaining a good supply of breast milk by drinking this several times a day, every day. If you or the woman you love is in need of bumping up their milk supply, please don't hesitate and ORDER THIS ASAP! It saved me from so much frustration and it allowed me to not have to obsess over each drop of milk I produced and gave me time to enjoy feeding my daughter. It was truly a lifesaver for my sanity! I find that buying this in bulk w/prime is the cheapest option and of all the brands that produce this type of tea, Traditional Medicine's Organic Mother's Milk is the best tasting of them all. I recommend this purchase a million times over!!!!!!!

Unsure if it works
If you're a tea drinker, this feels like a thing worth getting if you're already going to be drinking tea while breastfeeding. It costs as much as other mid quality teas and it has the bonus of being more convenient than loose-leaf teas. But if you aren't a tea person, you might just be wasting money. As someone who likes tea in general, I found this to be just barely palatable (I really do NOT like licorice and you can taste it in there). If you don't like tea, this might be too earthy and the herbs too strong for it to be a casual enjoyable drink. It's not terrible if you sweeten it, but it's not going to be totally neutral either because the flavors really do come through. I also found I had to drink it hot otherwise the herb flavors come through more strong. Hard to say if it's effective. I tracked my pumps obsessively and didn't notice any difference when I was drinking this vs when I wasnt. I generally struggled with supply and the best solution never had anything to do with what I ate or drank. Also, this contains fenugreek, which for some has a NEGATIVE impact on supply. It being decaf is a win for some people who choose not to have caffeine while breastfeeding. It's also a great nighttime tea for that reason... but I really preferred skipping this in the morning in favor of something with caffeine because those sleepless nights with a baby are killer.
