FirstChoiceCandy Roasted & Salted Pumpkin Seeds In Shell Squash Seed 2 LB

My local Walmart used to have large sized pumpkin seeds, but this last time, they just had regular sized seeds, which a good bit of them were rather thin and had a bad taste. I decided to check Amazon to see if they had large/jumbo sized pumpkin seeds and decided to give these a try, which I'm glad I did! All of the seeds are a decent size. There are hardly any that are paper thin, and the majority are pretty thick and meaty. There are way more seeds that were good/didn't have a bad taste than the bag I got from Walmart. I might have ran into one or two that tasted bad, but compared to the Walmart bag, there are way more good ones. I was a bit hesitant to spend $17.99 for a bag of pumpkin seeds, but if I remember correctly, the price is about on par per oz. to the Walmart bag, but these are way better I think in size, meatiness, and taste. I will definitely buy another bag when I finish this one, but I've been working on this bag for a few weeks now, snacking on them while I watch TV in the evenings, and it seems like I've hardly put a dent in the bag!

this is the third bag of seeds I have bought from the seller. The first two bags are great. The seeds were roasted perfectly and they had just the right amount of salt. The third bag that I got is an utter disappointment. There is absolutely no salt on them. And they are over roasted in many of them have a very rotten taste to them. The other bags had a few of the hundreds of seeds that didn't taste right. But this one none of them taste good. I tried to do a return and it said this item is not returnable. Hopefully the seller will reach out and correct this. Was super disappointed because these actually are a great price and nice size seeds that were properly salted in the first two bags.

The pumpkin seeds are perfectly roasted just the right amount of salt. There's too many picky people. if it has four stars try it for yourself. my opinion these are awesome pumpkin seeds

I’d have to say they are fresh,large and delicious. Yet they have too much salt. It be nice if they made some lightly salted. I’d buy again. Because of the high content of salt may not be able to. I had to down them with lots of water.

Wow, these seeds are really good! They have the perfect amount of salt and you can tell they are very fresh. They taste amazing and I am definitely buying these again, going thru them way too fast!!! Highly recommend!

The seeds are large and fairly meaty and salted just the right amount, no complaints there. But....they taste like soap for some reason. A very strong soapy taste that lingers in your mouth. Or almost like if you took a drink of cologne. It's hard to explain but it definitely ruined the normally fun snacking experience you get with eating pumpkin seeds. I ended up rinsing the whole batch, then re-salting and baking them to dry. It got rid of most of the soapy taste, but then of course the shells were not as crackly and splittable as they normally would have been. Will not be ordering again.

I've purchased these seeds many times and usually they are amazing. However, the latest batch was very poor. The seeds are all stuck together, they're small and many broken open. The seeds are usually big and plump, but this time many are flat and almost empty. I've been really happy with them in the past, but these are very disappointing.
