After successfully using a Panasonic Breadmaker for about 10 years, when it died we wanted to buy a replacement Panasonic. Unfortunately there were none available and had to consider other makes. The reviews of this Breadmaker were very good and decided to purchase one. We have been delighted with the machine so far with easy to follow instructions and most importantly really delicious bread. We have only scratched the surface of its capabilities. We would recommend this Breadmaker, especially as we followed other people’s recommendations successfully.

I can do all type of breads and cakes, it has a feature to add seeds in the middle of the process. It does not take too much space and it is beautiful. It has a good value. I am happy with my purchase. Here the improvements I would suggest to the manufacturer (if they ever read customer's feed-back): The book has only a few recipes. I wished it had more as the machine has 17 programs and the booklet does not offer at least 2 recipes per each of the different programs. You could even suggest on-line links! A bit noisy when it kneads - so if you put the timer to start at night and you have not closed the kitchen door or your bedroom door, it might happen (like it happened to me) that the noise wakes you up ... Not a big issue but better if you do not have to think about it

The product arrived one day late but looks good on unpacking. Lighter than I expected but haven’t tried it yet.

This bread maker makes excellent bread of many varieties. It has been in use every day for about 5 months now and has proven itself to be a real asset in the kitchen. Last week the drive shaft that runs into the bread pan seized. It is not serviceable at home, so I emailed the customer service department that was listed on the instruction booklet. For once, I have found a customer service department that acts swiftly and positively. Within just a few days they had sent a new bread pan to me, that was immediately put into action! There were no quibbles and no attempts at excuses. Just a very helpful company! Not only is the bread maker a quality piece of equipment, the bread it makes is fabulous, and the customer services people need a pat on the back! Highly recommended!

I love this bread maker machin. It’s German made and it’ makes a really good bread. It doesn’t make big hole i if you do exactly io instruction.

Having had a bread machine for some time, this was a replacement for another brand that I was unable to get hold over during COVID. It looks good and fits on the work surface not taking up too much room and has a good stainless steel body. However, the performance is sadly lacking. My main gripe is that half of every loaf is wasted as the kneading blade remains in the loaf when you tip it out and by the time you have dug the blade out there is a large hole in the bottom of the bread. Not the number of control options as other machines have either. Seller will not assist me due to the negative review. Manufacturer told me to adjust the recipe, I have tried everything, and nothing works, the machine is either a bad design, or mine is faulty. Also difficult to see the timer controls and I have no idea how long into the programme it is. Viewing window is useless as you can't see the bread.

Nowhere did I see any mention that the "ice cream" option was an extra purchase and does not even mention it a purchasable option otherwise it looks well built and functional

pros: -very good quality -amazing recipes, including gluten free bread -easy to clean -easy to use -can be used for jam, bread, cake, ice cream (you need to buy accessory for this) -bread doesn't stick to the surface, since its made from non stick material cons: -it would be great if recipes were in separate book, not together with machine instructions in 4 languages

من افضل الاجهزة اللي شريتها برامجها كثيرة وتعطيك خيارات في العجن والتخمير وخبزها رهيب وخصوصا تقدر تسوي الخبز بالطريقة والمكونات اللي تعجبك ونتيجتها رهيبة

The dispencer stopt working and the supplier does not answer. Via amazon there is no repair support. I am very unsatisfied
